SweepKing

We have not been paid by SweepKing, so our own records cannot confirm that it pays. Our September 2026 correspondence review logs a June 26, 2026 welcome email and a support exchange between August 24 and September 2. SweepKing’s Terms, Sweepstakes Rules and policies name Winzilla Ltd, a Cyprus company registered as HE 474611 in Nicosia, as its owner.

On September 28, 2026 we read the Terms of Use (version 1.9, last updated September 17, 2026), the Sweepstakes Rules (version 1.2, same date), the Promotional Terms (August 10, 2026) and two help articles dated February 19, 2026. With the June email, they give three redemption clocks: instant in the email, “typically” 24 hours but up to 30 business days in the redemptions help article, and up to 30 days without a guarantee in the Rules. With no request of our own, we cannot test any of them against a SweepKing payout.

The welcome email promised instant redemption; the Rules allow 30 days

The June 26 welcome email advertised 2 Sweeps Coins, 100,000 Gold Coins, a first-purchase offer and instant prize redemption. The Sweepstakes Rules say that “in some circumstances, it may take up to 30 days” to pay a redeemed prize, that prizes of $600 or more may take longer and arrive in more than one lump sum, and that SweepKing does “not guarantee processing times.” Our September 8, 2026 note cited the Rules as version 1.4 dated September 3; the copy online on September 28 is version 1.2, last updated September 17.

SweepKing processes “one prize redemption request per customer account in any 5-day period,” may charge fees it says will be disclosed before you submit, and reserves the right “to refund purchases in lieu of processing a prize redemption.” The Rules and the Responsible Gaming Policy mention a minimum redemption amount that no document we read states; the help article lists no payment methods. Verification can include photo ID, a biometric facial scan, proof of address and Social Security Number validation for U.S. residents under the Rules, plus source-of-funds papers such as a pay slip under Terms section 8.3. No document we read sets a deadline for those papers.

Bonus Sweeps Coins need 20x on slots; Regular Sweeps Coins need 1x

Section 7 of the Promotional Terms splits Sweeps Coins into two classes. Regular Sweeps Coins (SC) need 1x playthrough before redemption. Bonus SC, and prizes derived from them, need 20x, counted only on slot games, and, unless a promotion says otherwise, Regular SC are spent first. Gold Coin play counts toward neither; section 10(vi) separately gives Cashback 0x playthrough. Under section 8, an Active Bonus left unfinished 30 calendar days after activation is cancelled, and a redemption request made before the requirement is met removes it.

The Promotional Terms, last updated August 10, 2026, contradict our June 14 playthrough assessment, which found no wagering information. The help article calls the 2 welcome Sweeps Coins “bonus” coins without saying which class applies, and we have no account screen showing it.

SweepKing’s own copy disagrees on the daily reward: the bonus help article says it is collected by logging in, while homepage interface text captured September 28 says “Buy a bundle to get 7 activations.” Our September 21 capture of the banner read “earn up to 75 sc every day,” up to 25 SC per Daily Reward card. With no daily claim on record, we cannot say which fits an account that never bought a bundle.

A mail-in request needs a 14-digit code and a home-state postmark

Under section C of the Sweepstakes Rules, a Postal Request Code, “a unique combination of 14 digits,” comes from account settings once in any 30-day period and expires 30 days after it is displayed; a card whose code has expired when SweepKing processes it is void. The number 10 envelope must be postmarked from the state, province or territory of the registered address and go to Winzilla Ltd in Nicosia, Cyprus, with one handwritten 4x6 card inside. Each accepted request earns 5 Sweeps Coins.

The Promotional Terms give no crediting time, only that mail-in coins arrive “upon timely receipt and verification.” Since the code clock includes transit to Cyprus, the date the code appeared and the posting date are the records to keep. Our record holds no mailed SweepKing request.

SweepKing bars Quebec; other Canadian access depends on local law

Terms section 3.4 and the Rules exclude the states listed above and Quebec. For Mississippi, the condition is age: players there “must be at least 21.”

Canadians outside Quebec may use the service “only where and to the extent permitted by applicable law.” Canadian winners face a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question under the Rules. SweepKing’s own copy disagrees about the audience: the footer says “Open to U.S. residents aged 18 and older,” Terms section 6.6 prices purchases “in USD or CAD,” and Payment Policy 9(a), dated February 5, 2026, requires “US Dollars” for Gold Coins.

Support says replies may take up to 12 hours; our launch-date question stayed open

Terms section 6.9 says email support runs around the clock and that a reply may take up to twelve hours; no document we read gives a phone number. On August 24, 2026 we asked support when SweepKing first ran public sweepstakes; the August 25 reply said the question had gone to another department, and after our September 1 follow-up, the September 2 reply asked for a recap and whether we wanted a review or a listing. No launch date came back. Our correspondence review records dates only, so it cannot test the twelve-hour figure.

A formal complaint under Terms section 15 begins with a written Notice of Dispute and a one-on-one call or videoconference, and SweepKing commits to a written answer within 30 days. Either side may take an unresolved claim to individual JAMS arbitration under section 16; section 16.3 preserves small claims court. The Terms waive class and representative claims, set a 30-day email opt-out, allow one year to file under section 14.3 and apply Delaware law under section 19.1. Section 16 also covers claims that “arose before acceptance of any version” of the Terms, and section 1.1 lets SweepKing amend them. Earlier copies in our records show version 1.6 in late June 2026, 1.6.7 dated July 14 and 1.7 dated August 10, before the current 1.9 of September 17.
