Where this review stands

No written verdict on SweepStars has been published yet. We only publish verdicts after working an operator's evidence by hand, and SweepStars hasn't cleared that queue. The score below reflects an individual re-verification, computed from the same seven-factor formula as every operator on the site. Automated watchers track SweepStars's terms and availability in the meantime, and any score movement lands in the changelog with its reason.

Rubric band (methodology)

The Playthrough factor (0-100): Scoring framework for wagering requirements:
- 90-100: no playthrough OR <=1x on Sweeps Coins purchased entries
- 70-89: 1-3x WR on SC
- 50-69: 3-5x WR on SC
- 30-49: 5-10x WR on SC OR confusing GC/SC mixing
- 0-29: >=10x WR on SC OR "lifetime" wagering caps OR unrecoverable bonus locks

The Terms of Service do not contain any specific playthrough or wagering requirements for Sweepstakes Coins. Since the text is silent on this factor, the score must be conservatively placed in the middle of the rubric range, which corresponds to 3-5x WR on SC (50-69).

BonusBandit's notes on SweepStars

Where the score comes from

SweepStars (sweepstars.us) is a smaller-name sweepstakes social casino run by Chipnwin LLC out of Wilmington, Delaware. It lands in our caution tier on the BonusBandit Trust Score: see the live number at the top of this page. That isn’t a verdict that the site is a scam; it means the evidence doesn’t yet justify more confidence, and one factor is genuinely weak.

The score averages seven weighted factors. Most are middle-of-the-road: redemption 60, playthrough fairness 60, track record 60, KYC/identity handling 70, external reviews 83. Support scores 70 on channel coverage: the headline channel is 24/7 live chat, with a US phone line in the footer (+1 414-269-0623), though we haven’t tested either, and the polarized reviews (below) point to uneven delivery.

The factor dragging the average down is terms-of-service honesty, which scores just 13 out of 100, by far the lowest signal here. We read the live Terms (version 4.1, June 3 2026, Chipnwin LLC), and they are silent on any playthrough or wagering requirement for Sweepstakes Coins: the playthrough factor scored a conservative 60 because the document says nothing, a transparency gap rather than a virtue. The Terms also open with an all-caps arbitration clause and class-action waiver (30-day opt-out), make Gold Coin purchases final and non-refundable, and let coins expire 60 days from your last login. Prize payouts route back to “the original acquisition method used for purchasing Gold Coins,” phrasing that quietly favors players who have bought coins, even though the site insists no purchase is ever required. No single clause is unusual here, but stacked together they explain the low honesty factor.

One honest note: on 2026-06-19 our scoring briefly docked the KYC and track-record factors for the absence of any verdict or first-hand cashout, then reversed it the same day after deciding it over-punished simply-untested operators. So the 58 is an un-penalized baseline. Back then it wasn’t propped up by positive proof either, though a July first-hand test (below) has since put a little on the board.

What SweepStars does differently

The site leans hard into a cosmic theme: its loyalty program is VIP Orbit, tournaments run as Star Races, and there’s a distinctive “Stardust” token plus a “Wheel of Fate” that converts into Sweepstakes Coins. The headline pitch is 2,000+ slots and games from named studios (3 Oaks, AvatarUX, Playson, JILI), spanning crash, fishing, Megaways, scratch and table games. New players get 15,000 Gold Coins and 1 Sweepstakes Coin, and engagement runs on Daily Bonuses, daily Missions, Star Races and Referral Rewards (all confirmed live in our promos data). The standard dual-currency model applies: Gold Coins for casual play, redeemable Sweeps Coins. What we can now speak to, at least partly, is the redemption experience: on 2026-07-07 through 07-09 BonusBandit ran a first-hand test here, real account and real money. Three redemptions are logged; one shows as delivered (a payout-received receipt dated 2026-07-09, with the dollar figure not recorded on that row), while a $101.04 debit-card request is logged as requested but not yet received. That is thin evidence, one delivered redemption and one still pending, but it is no longer nothing.

A point in its favor on compliance: SweepStars publishes a real AMOE (free mail-in entry) route: a handwritten request card to Chipnwin LLC, 2810 N Church St, Wilmington, DE, mailed from your verified state. A working no-purchase path is exactly what a legitimate sweepstakes model needs.

The state-availability story

SweepStars accepts players across roughly two dozen-plus states plus DC (the live count is on the operator page), with no state exits on record. It’s unavailable in the usual restricted markets (Washington, Michigan, Idaho, Nevada) plus larger ones like California, Florida, New York and Pennsylvania. Minimum age is 18+ per the operator’s terms, though a few accepted states set the floor higher (Alabama and Nebraska at 19); your real minimum is whichever is greater.

Parent-company and sister context

This is an independent operator. Our database records no parent beyond the operating entity (Chipnwin LLC) and no sister sites or corporate group. That matters: with brands like Chumba or Lucky Land Slots you can lean on a shared operator’s record across several properties. SweepStars has no sibling history to borrow, so it stands entirely on its own, part of why a lightly-tested caution score is the honest call.

Public footprint

SweepStars has a lighter public footprint than the major brands, and that is worth saying plainly. On our 2026-07-03 refresh the reviews factor was rebuilt against a live Trustpilot read of 3.7/5 across 36 reviews, a genuinely thin sample, which is why the reviews factor now sits at 83 while we stay honest about how few voices sit behind it. r/sweepstakescasinos still surfaced no substantive, verifiable SweepStars payout thread, so we don’t lean on community anecdotes we couldn’t independently load, and we won’t invent one. That quiet record is itself a caution signal: 36 reviews is little independent evidence, positive or negative, to weigh against the weak terms above.

What we’re watching

The July first-hand test started the clock; what would move this score most now is completing it, a delivered redemption with the dollar figure and timing captured end-to-end, plus a clean read on the minimum redemption and how heavy KYC gets. Clearer Terms (an explicit playthrough disclosure and softer forfeiture language) would directly lift that 13 on ToS honesty. A pattern of denied redemptions, or a state exit, would push it toward avoid.

How it compares

SweepStars sits roughly shoulder-to-shoulder with caution-tier names like Lucky Land Slots, Chumba and King Coins, but those carry years of track record it hasn’t built, so a similar number means something different. Stake sits level with it, MC Luck tends to edge it out, and the trusted tier (crown-coins, wow-vegas, mega-bonanza) sits well above. Compare the live numbers yourself on our methodology, the state pages, or the compare tool, head-to-head.

– Noah, BonusBandit

Verified against BonusBandit’s live database on 2026-07-23; a first-hand test is now logged (2026-07-07 to 07-09: three redemptions, one delivered, one $101.04 request still pending); external signals from the live SweepStars site (homepage and Terms v4.1, fetched 2026-06-25). The reviews factor was rebuilt on 2026-07-03 against a live Trustpilot read of 3.7/5 across 36 reviews; Reddit remained too thin to cite.

What's a purchase really worth?

We do not yet have enough first-hand evidence to estimate purchase value, effective playthrough, or redemption success for this operator.

What we hold for SweepStars: 0 logged packages · 0 completed purchase-to-payout cycles · 1 delivered redemption.

We model coin value only from packages we paid for ourselves, and only once there is a payout record showing the coins can be collected. Until we have bought and logged a coin package at SweepStars, there is nothing here to model from.

What the factor scores do say: our terms review scores this operator's playthrough language at 60/100, and redemption reliability scores 60/100. A playthrough score rates how squarely the terms commit to a wagering multiplier, not the wagering you would face. A redemption score rates whether payouts arrive and arrive on time, not a share of your money coming back. Neither one can stand in for the tests we have not run here. See the methodology.
