We have not been paid by SweepBetz, so our own records cannot confirm that it pays. We have not opened a SweepBetz account, and the playthrough question queued for its support team on July 13, 2026 has not been sent, so our file holds no purchase, daily claim, identity check, completed player-support test or redemption.

We read the Terms and Conditions, the Sweepstakes Rules and the operator’s help guides on September 28, 2026. Earlier dated records include a June 19, 2026 copy of a previous rules text, saved copies of the Terms page from August 14 to September 21, 2026, and this note’s September 8 reading of the Rules and redemption guide, whose substance matches the September 28 text. SweepBetz kept “Version: 1.2” on two different Rules texts and left the Terms header date alone when the age clause changed, so a text read on one date may not be the text in force when a reader files a request.

SweepBetz changed Rules text and Terms age clauses without new version labels

The copy we saved on June 19, 2026 was headed “Date of last update: 17 December 2025 Version: 1.2”. The Rules we read on September 28 carry the same version number, dated 25 June 2026. Between those texts, Arizona, Georgia, Minnesota, Hawaii, Pennsylvania and West Virginia came off the excluded list. The entry age fell from twenty-one to eighteen, or twenty-one where a state requires it. The registration award fell from “up to two (2) free Sweeps Coins” to “up to (.50) free Sweep Coins”. Our June copy stops after clause 13.1, so we cannot say whether the daily, playthrough or redemption clauses also moved.

The Terms header read “WE HAVE UPDATED OUR TERMS OF USE AS OF July 1st, 2026” in all four snapshots we saved between August 14 and September 14. The August 14 and August 17 snapshots set the minimum age at twenty-one; by August 24 the preamble said 18, and clause 4.2 on September 28 spelled out twenty-one but put 18 in parentheses. The Responsible Gaming page and the Privacy Policy, both dated July 3, 2025, still close the site to anyone under 21.

The Terms exclude Maine, Indiana and Iowa; the Rules do not

The Terms say SweepBetz does not offer the service in Alabama, Connecticut, California, Delaware, Maine, Montana, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee and Washington. The Rules dated 25 June 2026 exclude the same states except Maine, Indiana and Iowa. Clause 1.4 of the Terms says the Terms “shall expressly control” over linked policies, while clause 7.4 says the Official Sweepstakes Rules “will govern” in a conflict.

A resident of Maine, Indiana or Iowa cannot tell from the two documents which list applies. These documents can change. This is information, not legal advice; a firm answer would have to come from SweepBetz in writing or a qualified professional.

SweepBetz sets a 100-coin balance minimum and a 30-coin request minimum

Rules clause 16.3 pays $1.00 for each qualifying Sweeps Coin and requires “a minimum balance of at least 100 qualifying SWEEPBETZ Sweep Coins” before any cash prize, and clause 16.3.1 sets the minimum per request at 30 qualifying coins. Coins qualify only after playthrough that clause 16.1 says will be shown when they are awarded, from 1x to 20x, and where the display and SweepBetz’s records differ, “Sponsor’s internal records shall control.” We have never seen the multiplier on a real allocation.

Clause 16.7 allows one request every 24 hours. Clause 16.8 says payment may take up to ten days, amounts over $500 may take longer and arrive in parts under 16.9, and 16.11 reserves a $500 daily limit. A processing fee is permitted with no amount published. The redemption guide lists ACH or debit-to-debit “depending on availability in your region”, and clause 16.6 pays only to a bank account held in the entrant’s name.

Terms clause 10.3 allows requests for an identity document, a utility bill matching the account address, and source-of-funds papers such as a payslip, with 40 days to supply them. Rules clause 15.1 says a winning screen is not a win until verified, and clause 16.14 lets SweepBetz hold or reverse a request while checks are pending. Clause 16.15 makes forfeiture decisions final “including after a Prize Redemption request has been submitted or processed”, so a processed request can still be forfeited.

SweepBetz caps login coins at .10 daily and expires balances without play

Clause 13.2 caps the daily login award at “(.10) free Sweep Coins a day”. The mail-in route in clauses 13.8 to 13.10 gives one Sweeps Coin per handwritten card, one card per outer envelope, sent to Brandi Marketing, LLC at 5900 Balcones Drive in Austin, and clause 13.12 requires a postmark from the same state as the verified account address. The Rules require a “Request Code” on the envelope without saying where it comes from. We have observed none of these routes.

Terms clause 3.1 says “It is never possible to purchase Sweeps Coins”. The homepage on September 28 listed a $29.99 package of 600,000 Gold Coins with 60 Sweeps Coins labelled free, and a $24.99 package with 44.

Rules clause 10 expires Sweeps Coins after sixty consecutive days without Sweeps Coin play, and Terms clause 2.8 allows the account to be closed after sixty inactive days with no notice required. Clause 10 counts only “game play activity utilizing Sweep Coins”, so daily claims alone do not stop that clock. Terms clause 6.11 applies the same sixty days to Gold Coins.

SweepBetz’s twelve-hour reply target has no account-support test in our file

Terms clause 6.12 describes a Support Tab open around the clock, with replies that could take up to twelve hours, plus a payment line at (888) 880-8710 also open 24 hours. Our September 8, 2026 note recorded an acknowledgment about 21 seconds after an August 26 inquiry. Its original thread was unavailable for this review; that historical receipt timing does not measure an answer to a player question.

Terms clause 8 requires complaints through the Contact Us form within three months. A dissatisfied player may pursue individual arbitration in Richmond, Texas under clause 16, which has a 30-day email opt-out. Trustpilot’s aggregate for sweepbetz.com, checked September 28, 2026, showed 3.2 from 27 reviews, 11 of them one-star and 14 five-star. We could not read the review text, so we cannot say whether the one-star reviews concern support, redemptions or something else.
