United Slots

Our United Slots file contains no registration, Gold Coin purchase, Daily Bonus collection, completed identity check or prize request. We have not been paid by United Slots, so our own records cannot confirm that it pays.

We read the Terms and Conditions, version 6.0, and the Sweeps Rules, version 4.1, both dated September 16, 2026, on September 28, 2026, with the undated FAQ and Help Center articles. Our earlier note, checked September 8, cited the July 13, 2026 terms, version 5.0, so clause numbers here follow version 6.0. Clause 25.2 makes later changes “binding and effective immediately”, so any clause cited here can change before a new request.

An existing VGW account does not carry over

The Terms say United Slots is owned and operated by Beefour Ltd and that VGW Games Limited sponsors the sweepstakes under licence MGA/B2C/188/2010 from the Malta Gaming Authority. The FAQ said on September 8, and still said on September 28, that a separate account is required and that “balances cannot be transferred between two brands.” The same email address is allowed and may help move “certain information (like verification details)”, but the password and setup are completed separately.

The Responsible Social Gameplay Policy, version 1.0 dated February 2, 2026, says a Take a Break “applies only to the site it was requested on and not any sister sites associated with VGW”, so a break set on another VGW site has to be requested again here.

The free entry is a handwritten phrase, photographed in the site, worth 5 Sweeps Coins

The Sweeps Rules list four ways to receive Sweeps Coins: a bonus on specifically marked Gold Coin packs, giveaways on the United Slots Facebook page, the Daily Bonus, and an online Entry Request. They give no postal address. Under clause 3.2(d) the Entry Request happens inside the signed-in site: pass a human check, scratch to reveal a unique phrase, copy it by hand in blue or black ink onto a blank 4 by 6 inch index card or piece of white paper, photograph the card inside an on-screen frame, and take a selfie check if prompted. Each valid request earns five Sweeps Coins. No daily or weekly limit and no crediting time are stated.

The Daily Bonus is available once per day “at our election”, only to accounts “eligible and enabled”, and no document we read gives its amount. On September 8 the homepage advertised daily spins without a fixed signup amount or daily schedule, and on September 28 its panels promised free Sweeps Coins with no coin figure. Until an account records what was credited and when, the 5 SC entry is the only free amount in the United Slots documents we read.

The Help Center separates approval from bank arrival

Each Sweeps Coin has to be played through once before it can be redeemed, and clause 6.13 allows a higher requirement of up to twenty plays. The Rules set a US$100 minimum, meaning 100 eligible Sweeps Coins, and clause 8.14 caps each account at one prize redemption request in any 24 hour window. Clause 8.4 reserves the right to limit redemptions to US$10,000 per day or another amount for regulatory or partner requirements, and in Florida clause 8.3 caps a prize at US$5,000 on any one spin or play.

Cash goes to the payment medium linked to the account or, when there is none or that route is technically impossible, to “an alternative financial account you nominate” that United Slots accepts as yours. Our September 8 note read that route in the July 13 version; version 6.0 keeps it in clause 8.1. The Terms also offer gift cards, which the help article on redeeming does not mention. For joint bank accounts our earlier note cited section 8.9; in version 6.0 the rule is clause 8.8, which requires checks on both holders and refuses custodial accounts and accounts held with a minor, while version 6.0 clause 8.9 covers the accuracy of bank details.

Clause 8.15 allows up to ten business days to process cash into the nominated bank account. The help article on redemption status says the Payments team approves a request “within 1-2 business days” and funds can then take “between 5-10 business days” to arrive. In that article the bank leg starts only after approval, so an approval notice is not a delivered payment.

Checks tighten above US$2,000, with 30 days to send documents

Clause 9.3 adds procedures for any single or cumulative redemption above US$2,000, which can include a payslip or bank statement as source of funds documentation. If a requested document has not arrived within thirty days of the first request, clause 9.4 lets United Slots stop the check and “close or otherwise restrict your Customer Account”. Clause 6.2 says a name mismatch between the account and a payment method leads to immediate suspension.

The help article on verification describes a government ID and a selfie through Netverify and says the backlog “normally” clears in “a couple of days”. For a first redemption, the help article on redeeming also requires the phone number to be re-verified. Those documents distinguish identity verification from source-of-funds and payment-ownership checks. Clause 9.2 says a request “will remain pending” until the checks are complete, so a pending status is neither an approval nor a payment.

Sweeps Coins lapse 60 days after the last login, and disputes go to JAMS

Clause 8.21 of the Terms and clause 3.6 of the Rules put a 60-day life on Sweeps Coins, counted from the most recent login. Account inactivity is a separate clock of more than 12 consecutive months without a login or logout, after which United Slots may close the account. Under clause 5.13, a player who closes the account gives up both coin balances and any unredeemed prizes.

Under clauses 20.4 and 20.5 the support team aims to answer complaints within ten calendar days, or twenty with a delay notice. Clause 24 sends disputes to binding JAMS arbitration with a class waiver. Opting out takes an email to arbitrationoptout@unitedslots.com within thirty days of first accepting the Terms, and clause 24.3 counts it only if it gives the full name, the account email address, a postal address and the sentence the clause prints. Ontario law governs, and the courts of Malta hear anything outside arbitration.
