Yayz: conflicting expiry countdowns and a paid 20-SC offer
Our September 3, 2026 Yayz expiry email named October 3 as the deadline, while its preview text said the coins would expire in 15 days. October 3 is 30 calendar days after September 3. We have not confirmed which deadline the account system would actually enforce.
The policy does not reconcile the email’s date mismatch
The May 1 sweepstakes rules, version 1.1, tie both GC and SC expiration to 60 days since the last login. The message repeated the inactivity rule, but its inconsistent countdown still needs a corrected account-specific date. We did not log in or claim that the balance had been preserved.
The larger welcome headline was a priced package
An August 4 email with a wallet-update subject offered 200,000 GC and 20 SC for $9.99 as a first-purchase package. Its use of free SC in the description did not make the entire package a no-purchase credit.
A September 2 message separately offered five free spins and said a 2-SC verification incentive still applied. It did not establish completed verification or that 20 SC would be awarded for that step. Keeping the two offers separate avoids inflating the verification reward by a factor of ten.
The public rules also describe store prizes and gift cards, reserve discretion over minimums and fees, and allow up to 14 business days to process redemption, with possible verification delays. We have no completed Yayz request demonstrating a specific prize, fee, or arrival time.
