Our account record for Zunado is 73 emails from no-reply@zunado.com, kept as subject lines only, dated May 4 to July 14, 2026. Our file records no account test, Gold Coin purchase, redemption request or support contact. We have not been paid by Zunado, so our own records cannot confirm that it pays.

On September 28, 2026 we read the Terms and Conditions (version 1.13) and the Sweepstakes Rules (version 1.9), both dated July 22, 2026, with the Privacy Policy (version 1.3, April 8, 2026) and undated FAQ, playthrough and homepage pages. Clause 25.2 makes amendments effective on publication, while 25.3 requires acceptance of detrimental changes on the next visit, and Indiana and Maine joined the excluded list between version 1.10 of April 8 and version 1.13. The emails are sales offers and coin warnings and the documents are rules, so neither shows how Zunado will handle a request made today.

“Approved in seconds” on the homepage, “up to 30 days” in clause 8.16

The undated homepage says “Verified accounts see most redemptions approved in seconds, not days.” Clause 8.16 says a cash payment “may take up to 30 days,” and clause 8.27 says “No redemption shall be deemed final until reviewed and approved.” The Terms do not say whether the clause 8.16 period starts before or after that approval, and we have no Zunado request to time for either step. The homepage line times approval and gives no delivery time.

The Sweepstakes Rules put the redemption floor at 100 eligible Sweeps Coins, or USD $100, in clause 6.5. Clause 8.15 allows one request per account every 24 hours, and clause 8.18 adds up to 7 days, with possible splitting, for payments above $5,000. Clause 8.4 lets Zunado cap redemptions at $5,000 a day. Clause 8.4(c) lets it suspend an account for 30 days for “games supplier data verification” after, within 30 consecutive days, three wins of $5,000 or more or $20,000 in total wins.

Above $2,000 Zunado can ask where your money came from, and an unnamed provider may match your face

Clause 9.3 allows extra checks once redemptions, singly or added together, pass USD $2,000, and those checks can include proof of where the money came from. Clause 9.4 gives 15 days from Zunado’s request to hand the documents over before Zunado may stop checking and close or restrict the account, and clause 9.2 keeps the redemption pending until the checks end. The homepage speed line covers verified accounts only.

Clause 5.1 names biometric or facial recognition among Zunado’s identity tools, and the FAQ ties identity verification to the first redemption, with camera and location permissions required. Privacy Policy clause 11.13 hands facial recognition to “service providers” it does not name, which may keep the biometric data until 3 years after your last interaction with Zunado. A player who expects to cross $2,000 in redemptions can read clauses 9.3 and 9.4 before the first request.

The playthrough is 1x unless Zunado raises it, up to 20x

Terms clause 6.13 and Rules clause 4.6 require each Sweeps Coin to be played once before redemption and let Zunado, in its sole discretion, raise that to as many as 20 plays. Zunado’s Playthrough Contribution page counts slots at 100%, table and live casino games at 10%, and crash games and lottery at 0%, under the contribution table published on September 28. The Terms also list “targeting low volatility outcomes” among the forms of rewards abuse, and clause 11.5 keeps Zunado’s detection thresholds private.

The playthrough row in the score table on this page says the Terms contain no playthrough clause. That line dates from June 14, 2026, and it was wrong on that date: the same clause 6.13 is in our June 12 and June 14, 2026 copies of the version 1.10 Terms.

Zunado emailed a 30-day, a 10-day and an expired coin warning in June and July 2026

Zunado’s mail to our account counted down a coin-expiry date by subject line: “30 Days Until Your Coins Expire” on June 3, “COINS EXPIRE IN 10 DAYS” on June 23 and “Your Coins Have Now Expired” on July 4, 2026. Terms clause 8.22 and Rules clause 3.10 expire Sweeps Coins 60 days after the last login. The subjects name no coin type, and our account record logs no login times or balances, so it cannot show which coins lapsed or how many.

Our September 8 note also reported a September 6 BGaming Blast email: eligible gameplay for a shared pool of 250 SC and 500 Free Spins for the 20 highest-placed participants, with no full placement distribution or scoring rules; we did not enter. It described September 7’s Labor Day offer as small, medium and large designated packs, one promotional purchase per day Saturday through Monday, with ordinary purchases excluded. Each corresponding wheel spin expired 24 hours after release, independently of coin expiry; not all prices or prize probabilities were given. We have not recovered either email body, so these are historical reports, not verified current offers. The Terms definitions set a slower clock: more than six consecutive months without a login or logout makes an account Inactive, which clauses 5.12 and 21.1(e) let Zunado close.

Zunado’s sponsor is in Las Vegas, and Nevada is on its excluded list

The sponsor, CT-Tech North America LLC, lists a South Eastern Avenue address in Las Vegas, and postal requests go to a second Las Vegas address. Nevada law governs the Terms, and clause 24.4 seats JAMS arbitration in Nevada or remotely. Nevada is on Zunado’s excluded list. Clauses 19.15 and 21.4 say Zunado may report chats or a withholding decision to “the Regulatory Authority” without saying which authority, and none of the documents read names a license.

The state table on this page, verified June 15, 2026, says its list was read off Zunado’s terms, but it excludes Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania and Utah under our own restrictions list. Zunado’s July 22, 2026 documents do not exclude them.
