1uckyduck: a support acknowledgment, a partial claim log, and separate deadlines
1uckyduck acknowledged our September 1, 2026 research email in roughly a minute. The message said the request had been received and that the team would respond. That is useful confirmation of a functioning contact route, but it is not evidence that a person resolved the question or that the operator processes redemptions just as quickly.
What the support exchange did and did not answer
Our outgoing message asked for a verifiable first public date for the U.S. prize-redemption product. The acknowledgment supplied no launch date, supporting record, or substantive explanation. We therefore leave that historical question unresolved rather than turning the quick receipt into a successful research response.
The terms and conditions distinguish ordinary support, which they say can take up to 48 hours to respond, from a formal complaint procedure that aims for a reply within 72 hours. Section 7 requires submission within three months of the issue, with COMPLAINT in the subject and account-identifying details, a description, relevant dates, and the requested remedy.
Those are the operator’s stated procedures, not timings we measured with a player complaint. Our historical research request did not test how the team handles a disputed prize or a payment problem.
The daily claim record remains small
The August 16–22 display contains one SC observation on Monday, with the remaining cells unfilled. That is a partial week’s evidence. It does not support a guaranteed daily amount, a seven-day streak result, or the assumption that every blank was a failed claim.
No confirmed delivered redemption appears in the reviewed account record. The support acknowledgment and the daily reward consequently answer different questions, and neither fills that payment-evidence gap.
Two clocks that should not be confused
The sweepstakes rules define SC dormancy as 60 consecutive days without gameplay using SC. They tie coin expiry to that condition. Logging into the site alone is not the activity named in this clause.
Postal entries have a separate deadline: they must be submitted and received within 28 days after their request code is issued. That makes mail transit part of the compliance window. A card posted near the end of the period is not necessarily a timely received entry, and we have not tested this method ourselves.
The rules also describe a 100-qualifying-SC cash minimum and possible processing fees. Those are request conditions, not confirmation that an unplayed promotional balance can be cashed out. Keeping the two deadlines and the redemption threshold distinct gives a more useful account of this operator than a generic claim that support is fast or bonuses are easy to collect.
