The ToS uses relatively clear language and states the sweepstakes model up-front, but it contains several buried caveats that reduce transparency: termination for any reason with non-refundable balances, unilateral modification without direct notice, and a broad class-action waiver is absent from the provided text (not mentioned, so cannot be scored positively). Redemption rules are mentioned but require careful reading across sections. The text does not include a class-action waiver or dispute resolution clause, which prevents a higher score. Overall, it fits the "standard sweeps boilerplate" with some traps.

LuckyRush: jackpot opt-in terms and a missing promotion-rules page
A June 6, 2026 LuckyRush email introduced a progressive jackpot with Minor, Major, and Mega tiers. It described a toggle and said opted-in SC spins contribute to the pool. Receiving that email does not establish that a player’s spins were opted in or that any jackpot was won.
The announcement omits the contribution amount
The message did not specify the amount taken from each eligible spin, how that contribution affects ordinary game play, or the probability of winning each tier.
The terms use a different currency vocabulary
The public terms, read September 8 and labeled April 15, 2024, distinguish purchased entertainment Credits from promotional Bonus Credits and Points. Section 4B describes prizes using daily net winnings and excludes the Points wagered that day from the cash-prize exchange.
That wording is materially different from treating every displayed coin as a redeemable dollar. The page does not clearly map its older vocabulary to the SC labels in our jackpot email, so we have not assumed a one-to-one conversion across those descriptions.
The linked rule page could not resolve the gap
Opening the promotion-rules address referenced by those terms displayed a missing-page/404 screen. This limits what we can confirm from the current public documents; it does not prove the whole service is closed.
We have no first-hand LuckyRush jackpot result or completed redemption demonstrating the calculation and payment process.
