LuckyRush

A LuckyRush verification-code email reached our mailbox on February 28, 2026, and eleven promotional emails followed through June 6, 2026. None of the 12 preserved subjects identifies a purchase, identity result, redemption or support reply. We have not been paid by LuckyRush, so our own records cannot confirm that it pays.

We read LuckyRush’s published documents on September 28, 2026: footer PDFs dated September 10 and September 15, 2026, and Help Center articles dated April 7, 2026. The Help Center’s review window of “2 hours to 1 business day” and the Sweepstakes Policy’s seven-day deadline for prize documents are LuckyRush’s own text, and nothing in our February to June record tested either.

Two LuckyRush terms documents give different state lists

On September 28 the page at luckyrush.io/terms still carried “Last Updated: April 15th 2024”, matching our June 12, 2026 copy. It uses Credits, Bonus Credits and Points and excludes Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, Nebraska, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Utah and Washington, with American Arbitration Association arbitration.

The footer’s Terms & Conditions button opens a Terms and Conditions PDF dated September 10, 2026, in Gold Coins and Sweep Coins. It restricts California, Connecticut, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Washington, plus Quebec, and the Sweepstakes Policy dated September 15, 2026 repeats that list. The Sweepstakes Policy and the Promo Rules treat Florida as playable, capping a Sweep Coins prize “won on any one spin or play” at $5,000. Disputes go to individual JAMS arbitration, with an opt-out by signed letter within 30 days of agreeing to the Terms or by January 5, 2026, whichever is later.

The newer documents cite /termsandconditions and /promorules, and both showed “404 - Not Found” on September 28. Our September 8, 2026 note recorded the failed promotion-rules address without readable rules. On September 28, the footer opened a Promo Rules PDF dated September 10, 2026.

Only played Sweep Coins count, and the minimum appears three ways

The Terms separate purchased, nonredeemable Gold Coins from Sweep Coins, which cannot be purchased. The Sweepstakes Policy says “Unplayed Sweep Coins cannot be redeemed for Prizes” and that only “the net winnings of Sweep Coins during any given day” qualify. The Terms mention “certain playthrough and verification requirements” without a multiplier. The Sweepstakes Policy and Promo Rules set the ceiling after identity verification at $500 per 24 hours, rising in four loyalty steps to $4,000 at 250,000 EXP, and a separate clause allows a discretionary $10,000 daily limit “or any other amount over any period”.

The Sweepstakes Policy and the Promo Rules set the minimum at $50 to a gift card or $100 in cash. The Promo Rules then say an account “must have a balance of at least 50 Sweep Coins”, while the Help Center says “100 Sweeps Coins (SC)”. The Promo Rules imply dollar parity for their $50 gift-card floor but state no general exchange rate. The Help Center’s 100-coin wording does not explain that gift-card exception.

LuckyRush gives a processing window and a seven-day document deadline

The Help Center promises review and processing “within 2 hours to 1 business day”. Its separate payout article describes Instant Debit Card as instant, ACH Same Day as same-day and ACH Bank Transfer as taking up to 3 business days; it does not explain how those windows combine. The Terms let LuckyRush “adjust or deduct the monies transferred to your account for any reason, at any time”, including retroactively. The Help Center says a 1099 form follows total winnings above $600.

LuckyRush may ask for documents, an affidavit of eligibility and a publicity release “within seven (7) days”, and otherwise “You will forfeit the Prize”. The Help Center asks for a Social Security number at the first redemption, while the Privacy Policy dated September 10, 2026 collects it only for prizes “of a certain value”. The Help Center’s listed rejection reasons include payment details that do not match the profile and a missing photo of the card or a bank statement.

September’s jackpot rules state a cost the June email omitted

Our September 8, 2026 note described a June 6, 2026 LuckyRush email announcing a progressive jackpot with Minor, Major and Mega tiers, an opt-in toggle, and contributions from opted-in SC spins. According to that note, the email did not give the amount taken from each spin, how the contribution changes ordinary play, or the odds of each tier. We did not re-read it, and receiving it never showed that any account opted in or won.

The jackpot rules shipped in LuckyRush’s site code, checked September 28, 2026, answer the first two points: “0.10 SC will be contributed from each eligible spin”, charged with the spin, so LuckyRush’s example turns 1 SC into 1.10 SC. The rules link tier eligibility to the selected spin amount, then print Minor 0 SC to 5 SC, Major 5 SC to 20 SC and Mega 20 SC or more without clarifying whether the ranges describe stakes or prizes. The example establishes the added spin cost; the September rules state no jackpot odds.

The Policy leaves daily amounts to the site; postal cards earn 2 Sweep Coins

The Sweepstakes Policy lists a daily login bonus and a Lucky Wheel spin once every 12 hours, but says only that the amounts are “prominently displayed on LuckyRush.io”. The Policy also limits review bonuses to one per platform and says “reviews do not need to be positive”. Its birthday bonus requires identity verification completed before the birthday.

The Promo Rules describe a no-purchase postal route: “For each Request Card you submit that meets the requirements below, you will receive two (2) Sweep Coins.” The handwritten card carries a 12-digit, single-use code from the Promotion tab, plus the player’s full ID name, account email, address and a set declaration. It goes to High Rollers of St Lucie Inc. in Fort Lauderdale, one card per handwritten envelope, posted from the state on the verified address. The Promo Rules name no per-day or per-week cap and say only that the coins are “added to your account once we have verified that all requirements have been met”. The code expires 14 days after it is displayed, so the clock starts when the Promotion tab shows it, before the card is written or posted.
