Terms honesty 35

35/100, weak (below 50).

Public band-label correction (value unchanged at 35). The prior note called 35 the bottom of the standard sweeps-boilerplate band, but per the rubric that band is 50-69; 35 sits in the 30-49 band and abuts the player-hostile 0-29 boundary. The 35 stands on the live Terms (updated 2 June 2026): all Virtual Coin sales final with no refund for any reason, and Coins or prizes forfeitable at the operator sole and absolute discretion on account suspension, plus mandatory arbitration and a class-action waiver. Only the band label is fixed; the score is not changed.

Amazon Jackpots: jackpot contributions and pass timing affect value

Jackpot participation adds a separate contribution

The FAQ, read September 8, 2026, says enabling the green jackpot control adds 0.10 SC to each qualifying stake. It links participation to Mini, Major, and Grand jackpots and a personal Piggy Bank pool. Opting out removes eligibility for jackpot prizes.

The same FAQ describes a $44 Prime Pass offering 144 SC across 30 days, with an initial credit followed by later distributions and daily scratch cards. It expressly says the full amount is not received on purchase day. Neither feature has been tested in our account during this research.

A review estimate is not the final arrival time

The FAQ describes a typical redemption period up to 72 hours, including weekends, followed by approval and bank-dependent processing. It specifies a valid debit card in the account holder’s name for redemption and requires verification of identity, address, and linked payment methods.

We have no receiving-account receipt that measures the entire sequence. A 72-hour description should therefore not be presented as a demonstrated end-to-end delivery result.

Postal entry has a receipt deadline

The play rules require a compliant request to be both submitted and received within 28 days of its code being issued. Mailing on the last day would not meet that receipt condition. They also specify non-black ink for the request card and one card per envelope.

The same rules label the referral program as forthcoming. Its listed reward and friend-purchase condition do not establish that referrals are currently enabled for an account.

Our support thread confirms receipt of a question

We sent a historical inquiry on September 1 and received an acknowledgement ten seconds later. The response said the message had been received and help would follow; it did not identify a launch date. The reviewed thread contains no substantive answer, so that quick acknowledgement is not a successfully resolved support request.

  1. You send it. It is not public, and it is not evidence yet.
  2. A person reads it, usually within 48 hours. Nothing posts automatically.
  3. If it holds up we publish it with the community reports for Amazon Jackpots. Some reports get logged and never published.

No report changes the Trust Score. The score is computed from the seven factors, and a submission cannot move it. Community reports also stay separate from our first-hand tests, which are cashouts we paid for and recorded ourselves.
