CasinoKai: an inactivity warning preceded an explicit KYC-completion email
CasinoKai’s August 1, 2026 inactivity email said our account had reached 55 days without a login and warned that coins would be removed after 60 days. On August 3, a separate message explicitly confirmed that KYC was complete.
The later approval does not reconstruct the balance history
The approval supports a completed KYC status reported by the operator. It supplies no document-submission timestamp, so we cannot derive a verification duration from the interval between an inactivity reminder and approval.
The inactivity email also does not show a forfeiture. We have no before-and-after wallet record establishing whether coins were removed, restored, or unaffected. Its reference to inactivity is not a failed-redemption notice.
Logging in and playing through are separate requirements
The sweepstakes rules, dated November 20, 2024 and read September 8, tie SC expiration to 60 consecutive days without logging in. That aligns with the clock described in the warning email.
The rules separately distinguish unplayed and redeemable SC. If unplayed SC cannot cover a play, the shortfall comes from redeemable SC. If a technical issue voids that spin, the text says funds return to the unplayed balance. A returned total therefore does not necessarily preserve the same redeemable sub-balance.
Keep the request clocks separate
