Our Chanced record is a daily-claim sample plus a logged support contact. It contains no confirmed delivered redemption and no measured support-response time. The June claim grid changes across its recorded week, so it should not be reduced to a permanently fixed daily amount.

The postal deadline includes time after mailing

Consider a request mailed when its code is 80 days old. Under the reviewed ninety-day rule, that leaves about ten days for transit and processing before the code expires. Mailing before expiry alone does not establish a valid request when processing occurs.

This is deadline arithmetic, not a delivery forecast. We have no measured Chanced postal-processing time with which to promise that a particular dispatch date is sufficient.

Daily Boost has a named claim path

The current Sweeps Rules, updated August 10, 2026, describe Daily Boost through the Store, then Daily Boost, then Claim. They limit the daily claim to once per twenty-four-hour period. We read that document on September 7.

That is different from races, challenges, referrals, and other reward categories shown in the site’s navigation. A headline that combines several categories can imply a larger ordinary daily allocation than our grid supports. We have not tested every current promotion or matched the observed changes to a particular bonus programme.

The explicit path helps a reader distinguish an ordinary claim from a reward requiring some other action. It is a published instruction, not a claim that we completed a new account transaction during this document review.

The postal code must still be valid when processed

The rules require a unique, single-use Postal Request Code generated through the logged-in Sweeps Rules page. The code expires ninety days after it is displayed, and the document says an expired code at processing time invalidates the request.

That last qualification matters. Recording only the mailing date would not establish that the code remained valid when the operator processed it. The account-specific code, request format, dispatch record, and eventual credit belong in the same evidence trail.

The request also has to follow the handwritten-card and envelope instructions and be sent from the verified state. We have not mailed a Chanced request or tested the processing window. Copying an old request template without checking the current instructions would omit a material part of the process.

The current documents disagree about age

The general terms, version v2026.1 updated July 6, say participants must be over twenty-one, while the August Sweeps Rules use eighteen or the applicable higher age of majority. The previous verdict’s simple eighteen-plus claim does not capture that conflict.

We cannot resolve the discrepancy by selecting the lower figure. Current eligibility needs clarification from the operator and must also satisfy the reader’s local requirements. An app or website being accessible is not proof that the user may participate.

The same care applies to territory provisions. A prize-limit paragraph referring to a state does not independently override an exclusion in the eligibility section. Our availability guide supplies context rather than a legal determination for an individual account.

The administrative fee has a specific trigger

The general terms’ administrative-fee clause concerns voided and refunded Gold Coin purchases made from a named group of excluded states. It is not written as a universal fee on every ordinary redemption. The old verdict’s short fee reference needed that context.

For cash prizes, the Sweeps Rules describe the purchasing payment method or a conditional alternative, while gift cards use the registered email. We have not tested either outgoing route here. Our daily sample cannot establish payment compatibility or the amount a reader would actually receive.

A support link is not measured resolution

The current site shows a Live Support option, and the general terms give a complaint email and information requirements. They state a complaint-response target of ten calendar days, with some cases taking up to twenty and a delay notice within ten. Those are published targets, not results from our single logged contact.

For an unresolved case, the complaint should identify the request, account details, relevant dates, and the exact issue. The current record has no payout dispute resolved in that way.
