Coin Frenzy

CoinFrenzy emailed our account that it had stopped accepting new purchases and would cease operations after September 7, 2026. We reviewed original notices dated August 27 and September 7. Both gave September 7 as the deadline to use or redeem an eligible existing balance.

The emails did not specify an exact cutoff hour or time zone. We cannot promise a later window, infer an extension, or confirm that a request submitted around the deadline would be processed. The review should now be read as a record of the operator’s closure communication and our earlier account experience.

An account-balance notice is not a payment receipt

The notices said our account had an eligible balance, but did not confirm a redemption request or an arrival. We have not published the private account balance or counted the notice as a payout. A balance described as eligible also does not, by itself, establish that it meets an applicable request minimum.

The earlier verification and claims are historical

On June 18, CoinFrenzy sent an account-verification success email. Our June 14–20 daily log also records a consistent SC amount across the week. Those observations remain part of the account history, but neither establishes present-day access to rewards after the announced closure date.

The verification email advertised games, prizes, and support. It was not a completed redemption. Keeping it alongside the later closure notices shows how the customer communication changed without rewriting the earlier account milestone as a payment test.

A visible lobby does not establish that redemption remains open

The public CoinFrenzy site still rendered a lobby and policy links during our September 8 check. That observation does not override the closure emails. A website can continue to display content while purchases or other account functions have been restricted.

We did not submit a purchase, grant new location permissions, or attempt a redemption during this research. The public-page check therefore establishes only that content loaded, not that the advertised account functions remained usable.

Our August 24 historical research email to a separate support address was also returned as undeliverable. That is a dated contact failure, with a different evidentiary role from the operator’s later closure notices. The closure conclusion rests on the explicit notices, rather than being inferred from a bounce.

CoinFrenzy’s old daily-bonus record belongs in that historical context. The original closure messages are now the most consequential information on this page, while the outcome of any unverified redemption remains unclaimed.
