Shuffle.us: a documented daily claim and conflicting dormancy definitions
The most useful finding in this Shuffle.us review is a wording conflict in its account rules. One clause allows closure after 60 days of inactivity, while the next defines dormancy using a year without virtual-coin gameplay. Those statements do not provide a single clear account-inactivity deadline.
This review concerns the U.S. product at shuffle.us. The evidence below comes from that site’s policies and our account record, rather than being borrowed from a similarly named product’s history or payment reputation.
The claim we actually recorded
The July 26–August 1 display contains one SC claim on Saturday. Other days are unfilled, and two weeks are logged overall. That confirms a claim in the displayed period without establishing what was available on the other six days.
The Shuffle.us sweepstakes rules describe a manual daily claim through the wallet’s Daily Bonus control, available once per daily reset. They do not turn our isolated observation into a complete seven-day test. A promotions page containing races or game-specific contests also would not establish the ordinary daily-claim amount.
Account dormancy and SC expiry are different questions
Sections 4.12 and 4.12.1 of the terms of service contain the 60-day and one-year account-dormancy wording described above. We have not obtained a clarification that reconciles them. It would be misleading to select the longer period and present it as an assured window for leaving the account untouched.
The sweepstakes rules separately say Shuffle Cash expires 60 days after the participant last played with it. Logging in, viewing an offer, and using SC in a game are different actions. A player trying to understand an existing balance needs the coin-specific clause as well as the account-closure provisions.
This is a documentation inconsistency, not evidence that our account was closed or lost a balance. The relevant pages are linked so the wording can be checked again if the operator revises it.
Redemption still needs its own evidence
The rules set a minimum of 100 eligible Shuffle Cash for a prize request. That requirement concerns qualifying coins, rather than every balance displayed in the account. Our daily-claim entry does not establish that we reached it.
The reviewed first-hand record contains no confirmed delivered prize. We therefore cannot attach a payment-speed conclusion to the observed claim.
