The May 2026 terms explain why: sixty days of inactivity lets Shuffle close an account and forfeit its virtual coins (ss.4.12-4.12.1), the operator keeps the “absolute right to manage, regulate, control, modify and/or eliminate” your coins (s.5.13), continued use deems you bound by changed terms (s.1), and disputes go to individual arbitration in Delaware with a class-action waiver (s.18). Redemption methods and timelines are not in the terms at all (they defer to separate sweepstakes rules), and document checks apply to redemptions over USD 2,000 (s.9.4), with email-only support.
Add the $100 redemption minimum, tied with MegaSpinz for the steepest in this stretch, and light players carry the most risk. Occasional players should stay away; Shuffle is workable only for frequent players who screenshot balances and watch term changes.
