CoinsRoyale’s reconciled record confirms a delivered prize but leaves its received date, method, and elapsed time unrecorded. The older review connected email requests, a gift-card reference, and a later confirmation into a more precise narrative than the current table supports. We should not use those surrounding dates to invent a measured payout interval.

The distinction also prevents an amount associated with a request from replacing the delivered amount. The table above shows the confirmed outcome. A request, an approval email, and an operator’s processed status are supporting events only when they can be reliably matched to that delivery.

Verification is documented more clearly than the transfer

The July test note describes an advertised verification window of up to seventy-two hours despite the use of an instant identity provider. It also records a verified outcome. An instant provider can finish one technical step while the operator retains additional review, so the provider label does not establish instant account approval.

The older narrative contained additional timings and support anecdotes that are not independently reproduced in the current first-hand summary. We do not carry those details forward as fresh measurements. The saved purchase offer likewise establishes a package allocation, not a cash-out method or a second delivered prize.

The current rules publish separate cash and gift-card conditions

We read the Sweepstakes Rules, version 1.14 dated July 14, 2026, on September 7. They contain separate cash and gift-card minimums. The older statement that we could not describe any exit rules is no longer an adequate description of the available public documents.

The Terms and Conditions describe cash paid to the original purchase account or wallet, with a conditional alternative. They expressly warn that a payment method accepted for buying Gold Coins is not necessarily usable for redemption. They also address an account that has made no purchase: it may nominate its own bank account or wallet, subject to verification and eligibility.

Gift cards are sent to the registered email address. The terms put responsibility for that address on the customer and do not promise replacement where incorrect information led to a completed delivery. Confirming the destination before requesting a gift card is therefore a different check from validating a bank account.

The terms allow one request within a twenty-four-hour period and describe delivery taking up to ten days, with verification-related delays. Larger prizes may have extended processing or installments under the separate rules. None of these published allowances supplies the missing timing for our undated receipt.

Live Casino games do not count as eligible playthrough games

The Sweepstakes Rules explicitly exclude Live Casino Games from the defined games that contribute toward playthrough. A game being visible in the lobby therefore does not show that playing it will satisfy a promotional condition.

The rules refer to disclosed playthrough conditions and distinguish winnings eligible for a prize request from freely allocated entries. Before using a particular award, its eligible games and remaining conditions need to be checked together.

A postal code must still be valid when processed

The current mail-in instructions require a unique Envelope Request Code on the card, rather than on the outside of the envelope. The code has a thirty-day validity period, and the rules say a request is void if the code has expired at processing. Mailing it before the expiry date does not itself establish that it will be accepted.

The dated archive cited in the old review should therefore not serve as a permanent mailing template. Use the current linked rules for the card size, ink, address, and exact account-matching information. We have not tested delivery and crediting of a new postal request in this review.
