The verdict
“Claim up to 72hrs for kyc verification despite using an instant provider” (our first-hand test notes, 2026-07-10)
CoinsRoyale has one cashout in our file, and it turned into money. The $93 redemption from our 2026-07-10 test session was approved by email and confirmed paid on 2026-07-15, per Noah’s first-hand confirmation. The emails never stated a delivery date, so we log it as delivered with the date unrecorded rather than assert a timestamp we never observed. The merged email records show the request going in on 2026-07-12, one path a $93.67 Prizeout gift card. One paid redemption is a receipt; a track record takes more than one.
Verification is where our test and the operator’s messaging split. KYC on our 2026-07-10 test took 44.96 hours from start to completion, while our notes record the operator claiming “up to 72hrs for kyc verification despite using an instant provider.” That lands inside the stated ceiling and is still close to two days for a flow built on an instant provider. The one chat we opened during it, a 2026-07-11 question about a proof-of-address upload, got a canned reply.
What we saw playing was small stakes. Our $50 purchase bought 75 SC, and both daily-bonus observations, 2026-07-09 and 2026-08-01, were wheel spins worth 0.3 SC each. The terms set a minimum age of 21. Our records hold no stated minimum redemption, no redemption method list, and no playthrough multiplier, so we cannot describe the exit rules from evidence. There is a documented mail-in route, per an archived copy of the sweepstakes rules logged 2026-06-23: one entry per envelope at 3 SC each, written on 4x6 blank unlined white paper, sealed in a stamped number 10 envelope hand-addressed in blue ink and marked Sweepstakes Entries, using an Envelope Request Code that expires after 30 days, mailed to a Watertown, NY post office box.
The listed support channel is chat, 24/7, though one of our two logged interactions ran over email. That email, sent 2026-07-10 about a coin purchase blocked by bank verification, was resolved in the first response, with support confirming the Visa transaction had processed. Third-party reputation is thin and mildly positive: Trustpilot showed 4.4 of 5 across 36 reviews at our 2026-07-03 refresh, with 6% at 1 or 2 stars. That ratio is clean, and the sample is small enough that the high reviews mark rests on those 36 reviews alone. Reddit is close to silent; the single negative item in our sample is a stray verification-code post, not a payout complaint. We hold no user reports, no ToS changes, and no legal events for this operator.
CoinsRoyale fits players who accept one verified payout receipt and a near-empty public record as enough to start on, and who can wait about two days for verification. What we measured mostly checked out; there is simply very little of it. Caution holds until the file grows.

Terms honesty 72
72/100, strong (70–100).
Rubric band (methodology)
The Terms honesty factor (0-100): Scoring framework for terms transparency: - 90-100: clear language, no hidden caps, redemption rules stated up-front, no class-action waiver, dispute resolution accessible - 70-89: mostly clear, some buried caveats but no traps - 50-69: standard sweeps boilerplate, redemption rules require careful reading - 30-49: misleading marketing vs ToS, hidden caps, complex playthrough lock-ins - 0-29: explicit player-hostile clauses (refunds excluded, redemptions invalidatable at will, indefinite KYC freezes)
Evidence type: Operator terms. Reviewed and approved by Noah Rafkin on June 14, 2026.
The ToS is mostly clear and upfront about key rules, including eligibility, account limits, and the binding arbitration/class action waiver prominently disclosed in the IMPORTANT NOTICES. However, it contains some buried caveats (e.g., forfeiture of balances upon account closure or inactivity) and grants the operator broad discretion to suspend/terminate accounts without appeal, which prevents a higher score.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE TERMS INCLUDE A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER... IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT... YOU MAY OPT OUT.

Rubric band (methodology)
The Playthrough factor (0-100): Scoring framework for wagering requirements: - 90-100: no playthrough OR <=1x on Sweeps Coins purchased entries - 70-89: 1-3x WR on SC - 50-69: 3-5x WR on SC - 30-49: 5-10x WR on SC OR confusing GC/SC mixing - 0-29: >=10x WR on SC OR "lifetime" wagering caps OR unrecoverable bonus locks

The provided Terms of Service text does not contain any mention of playthrough, wagering requirements, or redemption conditions for Sweeps Coins. Since the factor is not addressed, the score is conservatively placed at the midpoint of the 50-69 range per the rubric's instruction for silent texts.

What's a purchase really worth?
We do not yet have enough first-hand evidence to estimate purchase value, effective playthrough, or redemption success for this operator.
What we hold for CoinsRoyale: 1 logged package · 1 completed purchase-to-payout cycle · 1 delivered redemption.
We model coin value only from packages we paid for ourselves, and only once there is a payout record showing the coins can be collected. Until both hold, here is what we have logged instead of a number that would look more settled than the evidence behind it.
| Package | Cost | GC | SC |
|---|---|---|---|
| Coin package | $50.00 | not logged | 75 |
What the factor scores do say: our terms review scores this operator's playthrough language at 60/100, and redemption reliability scores 60/100. A playthrough score rates how squarely the terms commit to a wagering multiplier, not the wagering you would face. A redemption score rates whether payouts arrive and arrive on time, not a share of your money coming back. Neither one can stand in for the tests we have not run here. See the methodology.
