Daruma

Our file on Daruma holds one planned support inquiry, opened July 13, 2026, that stopped before any account was created: Daruma’s own site then said the product would close on August 1, and login required precise location sharing. We have not been paid by Daruma, so our own records cannot confirm that it pays, how long a payment takes, or how its identity check treats a real applicant.

Our Daruma file includes a June 16, 2026 new-operator report; the newest saved copy of its Terms is from September 21. On September 28, 2026 we read the current Terms and Conditions (version 1.0, “updated as of 1/07/2026”), a Privacy Policy effective July 1st, 2026, and the undated FAQ and Sweepstakes Rules. The site redirect and public documents do not establish what happened to an existing Daruma balance or how a new redemption would proceed.

The old domain redirects without explaining existing balances

The July 13, 2026 case records that Daruma’s own site, which our file lists at daruma.us, asked for remaining balances to be redeemed before July 31. We hold no copy of that notice.

Our September 8, 2026 note recorded daruma.us redirecting to darumacasino.us; we observed the same redirect on September 28. No page we read on September 28 says whether old daruma.us accounts or balances moved across.

Our September 8, 2026 note reported an August inquiry to the old domain and an August 29 delivery-failure notice. We could not recheck either message, so the earlier account remains unconfirmed. Terms 6.12 names support@darumacasino.us and says a reply may take up to twelve hours. We have not timed one.

On September 28, the Trustpilot profile filed under daruma.us listed support@daruma.us, an old-domain address, as its company contact. It showed 3.1 from 53 reviews, 24 at five stars and 23 at one star; our July 3 reading of the same profile was 4.1 over 81 reviews. Reviews there dated March to September 2026 include three that describe redemptions going through (September 9, May 29 and March 15 update) and three that describe identity or address documents being denied (September 18, September 12 and March 10). We have verified none of them.

The pages we read did not link to the undated prize rules

The Terms never mention Sweeps Coins; section 2.4 calls Virtual Coins “non-redeemable” with “no cash value”. The prize terms sit on a Sweepstakes Rules page with no date or version, not linked from the footer, the menu or any page we read. Its section 6D holds an unfilled template line: “[EXPLAIN ANY OTHER WAYS TO RECEIVE SWEEPS COINS.]”

Rules section 3 says Sweeps Coins “cannot be purchased under any circumstances”, and section 6A frames those that come with marked Gold Coin packs as a bonus. The FAQ’s Welcome Offer, open for the first hour after registration, “gives you 250,000 Gold Coins (GC) and 25 Sweeps Coins (SC) for $9.99”, with no bonus wording. Section 7 makes redemption “subject to maximum and minimum prize redemption amounts stated in these Official Rules”, yet the Rules state no minimum, and the only maximum is $5,000 per monthly entry period in Florida. The FAQ lists bank transfer as the only redemption method.

The FAQ leaves sign-up timing and coin expiry unclear

Terms 4.9 and 6.11 call an account dormant after sixty days with “no game play activity utilizing Virtual Coins”. All Virtual Coins then “automatically expire”, and Daruma may close the account without notice. The FAQ says Gold Coins “will never expire” and that a login alone resets the Sweeps Coin clock. Terms 1.4 gives the Terms control over incorporated policies, but we have not established that this resolves the FAQ conflict. Our September 8, 2026 note presented the FAQ version alone; the September 28 reading reveals the different Terms wording.

The FAQ ties the 20,000 Gold Coin and 1 Sweeps Coin sign-up bonus to completed verification in one answer and to the first login in the next; our September 8, 2026 note described it as following completed registration. The FAQ’s daily Hot Fire Fruits spin, valued at 0.1 SC, lasts 24 hours and resets at 3:00 AM EST. We have claimed none of these.

The FAQ denies sharing that the Privacy Policy describes

Changing the account email, per the FAQ, takes “a clear photo of yourself holding a valid government-issued ID next to your face”. The Privacy Policy, effective July 1st, 2026, says vendors collect faceprints, selfies and ID images on Daruma’s behalf, and says it keeps this data no longer than 3 years after a player’s last interaction unless a legal obligation requires longer. It names no vendor. Its sharing section lists identity verification, geolocation and marketing services among the recipients.

The FAQ says “We never share, sell, or disclose your personal information to any third party,” and the Google Play listing, updated May 21, 2026, declares no data shared with third parties. Of the three, only the FAQ carries no date.

Daruma excludes New York and Delaware, where its own addresses sit

Our June 16, 2026 new-operator report quoted the daruma.us Terms of Use excluding Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New York, California and Washington. The Terms and Rules read September 28, 2026 add Connecticut, Indiana, Iowa, Maine, New Jersey, Tennessee, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland, which both documents spell “Meryland”. Our saved copies of the Terms from August 12 and September 21, 2026 already carry the longer clause.

Section 6C of the Rules sets the postal route: a handwritten index card, mailed from the participant’s verified state to PO Box 168, Watertown, New York 13601, carrying a single-use Postal Request Code that expires 30 days after it is displayed. Each request is worth 2.5 Sweeps Coins. The Rules give no crediting time; the FAQ says it “can take up to 3 months”.

The footer gives No Days Off Enterprise LLC at 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, Delaware, registration number 39-3080449. The Rules place the same company at 447 Broadway in New York and, in section 1, name “No Days Off LLC” there; the Google Play developer entry also uses 447 Broadway. The New York mailing route and Delaware company address do not establish player eligibility there: Terms 3.4 excludes both states.
