The verdict

Our inquiry to Daruma’s former domain ended in an email delivery failure. That does not measure the current support team: the old website now redirects to darumacasino.us, whose published FAQ we reviewed separately.

Daruma: short-lived daily spins and a failed older email route

On September 8, 2026, daruma.us redirected to darumacasino.us. This connects the old website address with the current Daruma presentation, but it does not show that every old email address continues to receive messages.

Our message failed before a support agent could answer

We sent an inquiry to an address at the old domain in August. After temporary delivery warnings, the final notice on August 29 said the recipient server had not accepted the connection. That is a delivery failure, not a deliberately unanswered question or a completed support conversation.

The current site’s footer names No Days Off Enterprise LLC as the operator. We did not send a new inquiry, register an account, or verify a redemption during this research.

A daily free spin is different from a fixed SC deposit

The current FAQ describes one daily Hot Fire Fruits spin with a 0.1 SC play value. It expires 24 hours after award; the page labels the daily reset as 3:00 a.m. EST. The spin’s stated value does not guarantee the same amount in winnings.

The FAQ separately describes 20,000 GC and one SC after completed registration, versus a paid first-purchase package. Those are different rewards with different triggers.

The wallet and postal clocks are longer

The FAQ says Gold Coins do not expire. Its SC inactivity rule uses 60 days of complete inactivity, with login or SC play resetting the clock. This differs from the spin’s 24-hour validity.

Postal requests can take up to three months to be validated and loaded. The same page lists bank transfer for redemption, while card and mobile-wallet options are listed for purchases. Payment logos alone should not be used to expand that redemption-method list.

Cashed out, stalled, or stonewalled? Tell us what happened. No account needed, and we never publish your name. Dates, amounts, and methods are what make a report usable.

  1. You send it. It is not public, and it is not evidence yet.
  2. A person reads it, usually within 48 hours. Nothing posts automatically.
  3. If it holds up we publish it with the community reports for Daruma. Some reports get logged and never published.

No report changes the Trust Score. The score is computed from the seven factors, and a submission cannot move it. Community reports also stay separate from our first-hand tests, which are cashouts we paid for and recorded ourselves.
