FortuneWheelz has no confirmed delivered payout in our reconciled record. The displayed requests are cancelled or rejected, including an entry dated December 25, 2025 and another with a recorded amount but no request date. An older summary calls a redemption successful without providing the final delivery evidence needed to support that label.

We reviewed the record and FortuneWheelz’s current agreement on September 7, 2026. The useful findings concern the unresolved payment outcome, repeated identity-document messages, and a published Free Plays provision that affects how promotional rewards should be compared.

The older success label does not resolve the receipt gap

The June diary contains a success summary alongside verification rejections. Those statements are leads for reconciling the account history, not sufficient evidence that a particular requested amount arrived. A dated receiving-account record needs to be matched to the request before a delivered total or payout time can be reported.

The current table therefore retains the cancelled or rejected attempts without treating them as payments. It also leaves missing dates and amounts blank instead of supplying values from a different row. A matching amount in two messages does not, by itself, prove either independent transfers or duplicate records.

For a reader evaluating the operator, this means the page cannot support a first-hand speed claim. The fact that a request was made, reviewed, or described as successful in a summary does not settle the final outcome. Our payout study requires the delivered evidence that is missing here.

The verification message gives several possible reasons

The first-hand log repeats a message saying verification was not passed because identification was unreadable or outdated, or personal data did not match the profile. It asks for a clear identity photo. The wording lists possible reasons; it does not identify which specific defect applied to each upload.

That distinction prevents an unsupported diagnosis. We can report the repeated rejection and requested resubmission, but we cannot say from this message alone that the operator accepted a valid document and then arbitrarily reversed approval. Nor does the later summary marked verified establish that the payment request ultimately delivered.

If faced with the same message, compare the submitted document’s validity and readability with the exact account details, then ask the operator to identify the remaining mismatch if the reason is unclear. Retain each response with the document version submitted. Repeated screenshots of the same generic message do not establish which correction was accepted.

Free Plays are not interchangeable with a coin allocation

The current agreement describes Free Plays that may be awarded through tournaments, drops, missions, wheels, or other promotions, including as a substitute for another promotional prize. It allows the operator to specify the game and play level, and to apply a cap to aggregate winnings unless the promotion states otherwise.

That changes the comparison a reader needs to make. A bundle of Free Plays restricted to a named game is a different benefit from a flexible coin balance. The number of plays alone does not state the permitted game, value of each play, or any winnings cap. Read the offer’s own conditions before assigning it an equivalent cash value.

We have not personally tested a Free Plays promotion or a redemption arising from one. Our historical cancelled requests cannot establish how this current provision works in practice. The published rule is included because it is a concrete condition missing from a generic list of bonus types.

Statements and daily observations need their labels

The agreement identifies “A1 Development LLC” as a purchase statement descriptor and describes on-screen and email purchase confirmations. Those records can help connect an account purchase to a charge. A purchase confirmation still records money spent, not money received from a redemption.

Our August daily grid contains several smaller observations, a larger later value, and an unobserved day. We have not established the promotion responsible for the change. The larger observation should not be treated as the normal daily amount or combined with an untested Free Plays offer to predict a return.
