A first-hand failed redemption
Our note on FortuneWheelz comes from a direct attempt to cash out that didn’t work. In late December 2025, our redemption could not be processed: the operator’s own message said it was “unable to process your request,” across more than one day.
We’re recording exactly what happened and no more: a redemption of ours that the operator could not complete. We don’t have a later successful cashout from FortuneWheelz on file to balance it against, so what we can say first-hand is limited to this one failed attempt.
What this does and doesn’t establish
