Funrize’s reconciled record contains a cancelled or rejected request dated September 25, 2025, with no recorded amount. There is no confirmed delivered payout. An older email summary called redemptions successful, but those descriptions have not been matched to arrival evidence in the current table.

We therefore keep the outcome open at the correct level: our record does not confirm delivery. That is different from proving that the operator never pays or that it refused a fully completed, eligible request. The correspondence contains a separate card-verification request whose resolution is not shown alongside the cancellation.

The card request has no matched resolution

The verification summary includes a generic rejection about unclear, outdated, or mismatched identification, then an approval. A later message specifically asks for a photograph of the bank card associated with the redemption issue.

That later requirement concerns the payment instrument. An approved identity document would not necessarily answer it. The record does not establish that the requested card evidence was accepted or that the associated request subsequently reached an external account.

We do not publish card details in the authored review or infer that the supplied identification was defective beyond the operator’s recorded wording. The summary also contains a verified status, so it does not settle whether the card request remained outstanding. The useful distinction is between a recorded document request and evidence that the associated redemption completed.

Tournament and Promotional modes use different rewards

The current Funrize page describes Tournament mode and Promotional mode. It labels Tournament Coins separately from promotional entries and says jackpot games belong to Promotional mode. We reviewed that public description on September 7, 2026.

Those labels matter when interpreting a large welcome headline. A tournament-coin allocation is not automatically a cash-prize balance. A package can contain different components with different uses, and the relevant mode determines what a displayed award represents.

We have not completed a current welcome package or measured the conversion of an event reward into an external prize. The site’s description of available modes is therefore product information, not a successful first-hand test of both modes.

Free Plays can have a fixed game, level, and cap

The service agreement, version 2.0 with its update date written as 03.06.2026, contains a Free Plays section. It permits awards through promotions such as tournaments, prize drops, missions, and wheels, with the operator choosing the game and play level.

It also allows a maximum aggregate winnings amount and says excess winnings may not be credited. A spin-count headline alone therefore does not explain the award’s usable value. The particular campaign needs to identify the applicable game, level, and cap.

We have not tested those Free Plays conditions. They help explain how a current offer should be read, but do not supply the missing evidence that a historical prize was paid. Extra play is not a guaranteed way to resolve a verification problem or recover the value of an offer.

Current account terms reinforce the payment-ownership distinction

The general agreement allows identity, address, and source-of-funds checks, and it identifies A1 Development LLC in purchase statements. It describes on-screen and email purchase confirmations. Those are evidence of a purchase, distinct from a receipt showing money delivered to the player.

The current public page lists online support and an email contact, while the agreement gives a response estimate. Our Funrize record does not contain a complete support-resolution timeline against which to test that estimate. A response asking for card evidence is a step in the case, not the case’s final outcome.
