A first-hand support warning
We’re flagging GoGoGold from direct experience, and it’s the kind of experience our scoring exists to catch. On our own account, redemption requests were cancelled repeatedly, not paid slowly, but cancelled and pushed back to us more than once. When we took the problem to support, the front line was an AI chat bot that could not resolve it and kept looping without escalating to a person who could.
That combination (a payout that won’t complete plus a support channel that can’t fix it) is the single worst pattern in this category, because it leaves a player with no working path to their money and no human to appeal to. We logged the complaint in mid-June 2026.
Why this matters more than a slow week
A slow redemption is a scheduling problem; a cancelled redemption with no human support is a structural one. The first resolves itself when the queue clears. The second can leave a balance stranded indefinitely, which is exactly the failure mode a Trust Score is supposed to surface before you deposit, not after.
