LuckLake emailed our account on July 19, 2026 that its coins would expire in seven days. The message urged login, play, and purchase. That wording does not establish that making a purchase was the only way to preserve the balance, and the written terms describe separate clocks for different kinds of inactivity.

A warning is not a completed forfeiture

We reviewed the original email, including its relative seven-day deadline. It does not prove that the balance was subsequently removed, that a purchase reset a timer, or that an eligible prize was redeemed. We have not reported any of those outcomes as an account result.

The account’s August 16–22 display later records matching SC claims from Sunday through Wednesday, with the remaining days unfilled. Those later observations show collection during that period. They do not reconstruct what happened to the earlier July balance, which would need a transaction history connecting the warning to the final treatment of those coins.

An August 30 football-season email was another promotional invitation. It referred to using coins across phone, desktop, or gaming machines, but did not confirm a sports play or prize outcome for our account. Access to several advertised formats is not a substitute for a reconciled balance history.

Two different expiry conditions appear in the terms

The LuckLake terms and conditions, checked September 8, state in section 5.20 that SC expire after 90 consecutive days without SC gameplay. Section 9.22 separately gives a 60-day expiry period measured from the last account login. The account-inactivity definition elsewhere uses more than 12 months without a login or logout.

Those clauses concern different actions and consequences. They can impose separate limits; the longer period is not a general assurance that the shorter condition is irrelevant. None of these clauses states that a purchase is the sole required activity.

The email’s compressed call to action therefore should not replace the more specific written conditions. We have not obtained clarification about which clock generated the July message.

A referral condition can also affect the first request

Section 9.27 says new users who did not register through a verified or authorized referral method cannot redeem until 30 days after account creation. We have not established that this restriction applied to our account or that it explains any particular delay.

The evidence supports a dated expiry warning and four matching claims in a later partial week. It does not support a confirmed forfeiture, a successful cash-out, or a recommendation to spend money in response to the warning.
