LunaLand: its first-redemption help page adds a prior-purchase requirement
LunaLand’s current help center says a first reward requires a previous virtual-coin purchase. Its sweepstakes policy describes a payment route for people who purchased and an alternative bank-account route where the original method is technically unavailable. Those details need resolving before a reader treats free daily collection as a tested path to a first prize.
The first-delivery article is more restrictive
The first reward delivery article, checked September 8, 2026, says an account must have at least one previous coin purchase. It attributes this to card-network compliance and verification, and says rewards go to the last card used for a purchase.
That is LunaLand’s stated requirement and explanation. We have not independently established that a payment network requires every player to purchase, and we have not made a purchase to test the restriction. A reader who has collected only free coins should seek a clear account-specific explanation before spending money to unlock a request.
The published minimum also differs between pages
The minimum reward balance article requires 100 eligible premium play coins. The Sweeps Policy instead gives a 50-SC minimum and describes return to the original purchase method, if there was a purchase, or an alternative nominated bank account when necessary. It generally requires one playthrough but allows an increase up to 20.
The different minimums and the first-purchase condition are unresolved documentation discrepancies. The larger help-center number should not silently replace the policy number in a review, and the lower policy number should not be advertised as a tested current threshold. We do not have a completed request demonstrating which conditions were applied to this account.
Daily-gift instructions do not reconstruct the test week
LunaLand’s daily-bonus guide tells players to open Rewards, claim the Daily Gift, and select the day’s calendar tile. It describes growing rewards for consecutive claims and a reset after a missed day.
Our June 14–20 display has positive claims on Wednesday and Saturday, with five zeros elsewhere. It does not document an uninterrupted streak or the reason for each zero. A May 10 welcome email separately advertised Luna Coins and Sweep Coins, but that earlier invitation is not a receipt proving that either June claim or a prize was credited.
LunaLand’s most useful next verification is the treatment of an eligible first redemption, particularly for an account that has made no purchase. The current evidence supports the two historical claims and the published discrepancies, not a successful cash-out.
