PeakPlay: our launch-history ticket closed without answering the question
Our August 24, 2026 PeakPlay research request asked for the first public launch date of its U.S. prize-redemption product. An acknowledgment arrived 28 seconds later. About five hours and 16 minutes after the original request, a further message said the inquiry had been forwarded to the team.
Ticket status did not establish a historical answer
Seven seconds after that forwarding message, another email marked the ticket resolved. The reviewed thread subsequently requested a conversation rating, but did not supply a launch date or supporting record.
This does not show that a prize complaint was mishandled: the exchange was historical research, with no redemption request or disputed balance involved.
The Weekend Major headline was a pool for five positions
Our June 27 email advertised a 340-SC Weekend Major leaderboard pool with five payouts, including 136 SC for first place. First place therefore represented 40% of the stated pool. The email did not establish an award of 340 SC for every entrant.
It described Friday-to-Sunday play and a Sunday 11:59 p.m. PST finish, but did not include a specific calendar start date or the complete scoring rules. We have not converted that historical email into a live tournament offer or claimed a tested finishing position.
The account’s inactivity clock uses gameplay
Section 6.11 of the PeakPlay terms, version 3.1 headed October 9, 2025, defines dormancy as 60 consecutive days without gameplay using virtual coins. It provides for automatic coin expiry at that point. A login without play is therefore not the activity described by this clause. We have no account-ledger event demonstrating an actual expiry.
