Our first-hand redemption record: inconsistent
RealPrize is an operator we’ve actually tried to cash out of, repeatedly, and the result is the kind of inconsistency that should make you cautious.
The bad stretch is well-documented in our own account email. Across December 2025 and January 2026, multiple redemption requests failed, and after several attempts the request was cancelled outright. The operator’s own message acknowledged it had “attempted several times, each unsuccessful,” and then closed the request. We also logged a separate delay where RealPrize said it was “working diligently” on a held payout.
We won’t overstate it, though, because the record is genuinely mixed. Earlier requests did process successfully (we have processed redemptions logged in mid-December 2025 and again in February 2026). So this isn’t a brand that never pays. It’s one that paid us some of the time and failed or cancelled on us other times.
What this does and doesn’t establish
Inconsistency is its own signal. A clean operator’s redemptions look boring: request, wait, paid. RealPrize’s look like a coin flip across our own attempts, which is exactly the unpredictability our scoring penalizes. If you play here, keep your balance small, request the minimum, and document every step, because “it paid me last time” is not a guarantee it pays this time.
