Rolling Riches replied to our March 2026 records request with a purchase-history attachment. The original request asked for several categories, including purchases, redemptions, tax documents, and balance history. The staff reply specifically identified purchase history. It did not say that every requested category had been supplied.

We have reviewed the correspondence for this update without publishing the private attachment or its account details. That supports a concrete statement about the response received. It does not establish that the attachment was complete, that its figures reconciled with our own records, or that the other requested documents were delivered.

A purchase-history attachment answers only part of the request

This is a partial document response, not a completed account reconciliation. A separate fast support exchange cannot supply the missing categories. To resolve a rejected-bank payment, the bank details and alternative-method deadline would also need to be matched to that particular request.

First response and completed work are different measures

The request was sent March 4 and the purchase-history reply arrived March 6, 2026. This is a dated example of a records-related response. It should not be merged with the older, separately logged support interaction on this page, whose rounded display makes a short response look like zero hours.

Neither example proves instant resolution of all customer questions. A useful support record needs the question, the substance of the reply, and whether the requested work was finished. The March exchange adds the substance that a bare response-time figure cannot provide.

The receiving account needs more than a usable routing number

The Terms and Conditions, version 1:19, updated July 1, 2026 and checked September 8, require the receiving account to match the player’s name. A joint account may need additional documentation. The terms exclude certain other account types, including business and trust accounts.

They also say inaccurate banking details will not be reversed and reissued. If a bank rejects a payment, the terms require an appropriate alternative within 60 days of Rolling Riches requesting it and permit forfeiture if that does not happen. These clauses make the details of a rejected transfer important; a pending status alone would not explain which step is unresolved.

The document separately allows processing fees and contains a time-sensitive request for a tax form in specified circumstances. Those are operator conditions, not a determination of anyone’s tax obligations. A requested form should be handled through the verified account channel, with personal tax questions taken to an appropriate professional.

Daily observations do not demonstrate a redemption

The August 16–22 daily-bonus week on this page records only part of the week. It shows actual observations, with the other days left unrecorded. Filling those gaps with the same amount would create a seven-day test that we did not conduct.

The present first-hand record also does not establish a delivered Rolling Riches payout. A support response containing purchase history is a different kind of evidence. It can show that the operator answered a records request without demonstrating redemption reliability or the completeness of a customer’s financial history.

Rolling Riches now has a specific support example and a clearer explanation of payment-account requirements. The next useful evidence would be a reconciled records response or a complete request-to-receipt redemption trail, rather than another generic claim about fast support.
