Ruby Sweeps approved our redemption request in an email dated August 18, 2026. The message explicitly says its payment timeframes start after approval, not after the original request. That is the most useful new detail behind the request-only record on this page.

The email gives two conditional routes: debit-card delivery, usually within 24 hours with a 5% fee, or bank-account processing, then described as free and typically taking five to seven business days. It does not identify which of those routes our account selected. We have not converted either estimate into an observed payment time.

Approval is the event we can establish

The page’s historical record remains a request without confirmed receipt. The new message adds an approval milestone. It does not supply a receiving-account statement, prove a net amount, or establish that the operator met either quoted window.

This distinction also matters when comparing Ruby with a site that publishes request-to-arrival measurements. An after-approval estimate omits the time spent waiting for review. The two figures answer different questions even if both are described casually as payout speed.

Emeralds and the verification reward

Ruby calls its sweepstakes entries Emeralds. The public homepage, checked September 8, separates them from nonredeemable Gold Coins and promotes a verification-linked sign-up offer. Its detailed VERIFIED-code terms require completing account creation and identity verification, then entering the code in the account menu.

Receiving promotional copy about that offer is not evidence it was credited. The distinction is useful for anyone comparing the homepage headline with an account balance: the described process contains a code-entry step as well as verification.

The postal route uses a barcode

The Rules of Play, Version 3.2 dated May 7, 2026, describe an online registration step followed by a mailed postcard bearing a printed barcode. They specify full-size printing, reject a screenshot of the barcode, and require mailing within ten days of the online submission. They also reject requests enclosed in sealed envelopes.

That is materially different from a generic handwritten-letter template used for another casino. We have not tested Ruby’s postal route or its processing time. A reusable envelope guide would miss an essential part of the current instructions.

There is more than one expiry provision

The play rules describe Emerald expiry after 120 days without logging in. A separate promotion clause expires unused promotional Emeralds 120 days after they are added. Those clocks use different starting points.

A login therefore should not be assumed to renew every unused promotional award. We have not tested either expiry mechanism on this account; the point is to identify the distinction before a reader relies on an old balance.

The approval correspondence makes this review more specific without turning an incomplete payout record into a success claim. It explains the payment clock, while the public rules explain separate conditions on obtaining and retaining Emeralds.
