Runestake

Runestake.com now answers with a permanent redirect to boaterbet.com. That site’s title and footer read BoaterBet. Our file holds 16 runestake.com homepage copies taken between June 12 and September 21, 2026, and no Runestake or BoaterBet account, purchase or daily claim. We have never requested or received a prize payment from Runestake or BoaterBet, so our own records cannot confirm that either pays.

We read BoaterBet’s Terms of Service, FAQ, AML Policy, Privacy Policy and rewards pages on September 28, 2026. None prints a date or version number, and Terms 21.2.1 makes amendments “binding and effective immediately”. Those undated conditions cannot establish what a later request would face. None of those homepage copies shows whether a balance opened under the Runestake name carried over to BoaterBet.

Runestake’s homepage changed to BoaterBet between June 22 and June 29

Our runestake.com homepage copies from June 12, 15 and 22, 2026 read “runestake originals” and “©2021-2026 runestake”. From June 29, 2026 onward the same footer reads BoaterBet. The Fun Cash line, “fun cash is not redeemable”, stayed word for word, and the payments line still names Yellowbrick Entertainment Limited, with its domain changed from runestake.com to boaterbet.com. Our September 8, 2026 published note recorded, and the September 28 homepage confirmed, the BoaterBet title and social profile while linking a Discord invitation under the Runestake name.

Section 1.4 of the Terms names the business as Yellowbrick Holdings Limited, registration 000003494, of Belize City. The footer’s payments company, HE441707, is registered in Cyprus, which Terms 3.1.2 excludes. BoaterBet’s Terms name no license or regulator; section 15.17 refers only to “the appropriate gaming authority”. No operator document’s text names Runestake. We found no public notice about Runestake accounts or balances. Section 21.10.1 promises notice “via email or via our Website explaining your options” when BoaterBet itself changes control, merges, is acquired or sells assets, and our records do not show the switch was one.

The June 12 copy listed seven house games. On September 28 the signed-out homepage showed two, Chest Battles and Chests, while section 1.6 of the Terms also names Slide, Limbo, Roll and Mines. The six-title list in our June 15, 2026 record no longer matches the signed-out homepage; we have not checked the signed-in game list.

BoaterBet’s FAQ ties rewards to 20% of house edge, without a daily amount

As our September 8, 2026 note reported, and as the FAQ still said on September 28, “an amount equal to 20% of the house edge” comes back as rakeback, cases and caskets. A level-up earns 3 case keys; the FAQ lists casket keys at levels 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 and 99.

Terms 6.6.2 and 6.8.6 describe a daily bonus claimed once per day after logging in, plus rain, promo codes and weekly and monthly rewards. No document gives an amount, and the signed-out Rakeback tab gives no individual reward amount beside “Log In for Rewards”. The homepage now says token rains come “every 30 min”; our June 15, 2026 record of “every hour”, is superseded by every homepage copy from June 29 on. Under 6.10 the operator may change promotions without notice and “withhold any Fun Cash, or Sweeps Cash, at its sole discretion”.

BoaterBet’s Terms value Sweeps Cash at 2 per dollar for crypto prizes

Fun Cash is bought with cryptocurrency and “cannot under any circumstance be redeemed for Prizes.” Section 7.2.2 sets “an implied rate of 2 Sweeps Cash per 1 USD” and says prizes are paid “to the same wallet and in the same cryptocurrency” used to buy Fun Cash, or to another wallet the player nominates if that is not possible. The same section says the operator “may specify a different payment method.” BoaterBet determines the crypto amount from its USD market price at redemption, a calculation the Terms leave “in our sole and absolute discretion.” Section 7.4 reserves the right to charge fees and to set a minimum redemption threshold; no document states either amount.

The AML Policy’s redemption sentence conflicts with section 7 of the Terms

The AML Policy states: “BoaterBet does not permit any redemptions unless such purchase was occasioned by accident or mistake.” Section 7 of the Terms describes Sweeps Cash prizes paid in cryptocurrency, and neither document says how the two fit together. In its answer about real-world trading, the FAQ says won tokens “cannot be sold or exchanged for cash, cash equivalents, or other things of value.”

Terms 6.8.9 requires Sweeps Cash to be played once, but under 6.8.10 BoaterBet may require “a greater number of times”, with no ceiling. The FAQ uses a purchase rule instead: a player who buys 5 tokens must play 5 before redeeming, although Terms 6.8.2 says Sweeps Cash “can never be purchased”. The playthrough row on this page, set June 15, 2026, quotes a third-party review saying Sweeps Cash is staked once; that sentence is not in the Terms or FAQ as read on September 28, 2026. The Terms also cite “Sweeps Rules” that the site does not publish. We cannot tell which document the operator applies when they differ, and we have not asked BoaterBet support. Our September 8, 2026 note recorded an August 26 delivery-failure notice for a commercial inquiry: the addressed account did not exist or could not receive mail. That historical observation concerns the address attempted, not the current support address.

Postal entry and the arbitration opt-out use different Miami boxes

A postal request starts with a code requested from support@boaterbet.com, one per email. The handwritten 4 x 6 inch card goes in a number 10 envelope to P.O. Box 450302, Miami, FL 33245, must arrive within 60 days of the code’s creation, and earns 3 Sweeps Cash.

Disputes go first to support, which “will endeavor to respond” within 10 days (16.4), then to individual JAMS arbitration. The opt-out is a signed letter within 30 days of opening an account, sent to P.O. Box 450304, one digit away from the postal-entry box. Belize law governs, with Delaware courts outside arbitration.
