Sidepot’s June 14–20, 2026 claim log is unusually straightforward: all seven days contain the same recorded SC amount. That supports a statement about a consistent week in our account. It does not demonstrate every possible claim within each day or guarantee that the offer remains unchanged.

Our inbox adds purchase-success messages from December 26, 2025. They say coins were available in the account, but do not identify the package quantities or amount charged. We have not constructed purchase rows or calculated package value from messages that omit those figures.

A receipt can omit the details needed for reconciliation

The two notices were sent at different times that evening. Their subjects establish separate notifications, but the bodies do not provide transaction identifiers or amounts that would let us confidently reconcile individual charges. A bank record and account transaction history would be needed before counting them as fully documented purchases.

Their footer also contains unfilled company-information fields and an unrelated welcome-email label. That is a concrete template-quality issue in those historical messages. It is not proof that Sidepot shares ownership with the other brand named in the template.

The FAQ offers a way to find the missing history

Sidepot’s FAQ, checked September 8, directs users to Profile, Transactions, then See All for account transaction history. It separately places round-level detail under Gaming Statistics and Your Betting History. Those are different records: a package charge and a game round should not be treated as interchangeable evidence.

The same FAQ describes a first-login SC award when no redemption is pending, followed by six-hour availability wording. It also advertises separate rewards for adding the app to a home screen and enabling notifications. Our seven-day log does not test those additional routes, so we have not multiplied the observed daily amount into a larger advertised yield.

Check which free-claim condition applies

The Sweepstakes Rules, version 1.6 dated July 1, describe periodic Gold Coin bonuses with SC balance and pending-redemption conditions. That is more conditional than a blanket promise that every visit earns SC. A customer should check the actual claim screen against the applicable promotion.

Section 2.8 separately addresses account inactivity after 60 days and default SC validity for 30 days from the last login, unless Sidepot decides otherwise. These provisions can coexist. The account-inactivity period does not extend the default SC-validity period, so the longer figure should not be used to plan how long a balance can be left untouched.

The support sample has limited precision

The older support entry rounds a short first-response time to zero hours. It should not be described as an instantaneous resolution. The Terms and Conditions, checked September 8, allow up to twelve hours for an email response; our single rounded observation does not replace that expectation.

Sidepot now has a complete historical claim week and an explanation of why the original purchase emails cannot supply missing transaction figures. A verified account-history export would strengthen this review more than another repetition of the campaign’s reward language.
