Sixty6’s May 28, 2026 message asked us to establish ownership of the card intended to receive a withdrawal. This supplies more precise context than the older test summary’s rejected label. The message requests additional documents and says verification will continue after they arrive; it does not communicate a final rejection of all eligibility.

The requested material included images of the card, a selfie holding it, and a bank statement if the card was virtual or did not display the account holder’s name. The operator explicitly instructed us to conceal the full card number and security code. We have omitted all account and card identifiers from this review.

The ownership-document request marks an unresolved stage

The request therefore cannot be counted as either a successful payout or a final rejection. It also does not establish that the later Promotional Conversion Abuse provision was applied to this account. Any retained verification record should conceal card numbers and security codes.

The document request was about a payment method

The message was sent by Sixty6’s anti-fraud team, but that team name is not evidence of misconduct by the customer. Its stated purpose was confirming card ownership. We cannot infer that a promotional-abuse rule, identity mismatch, or suspicious game result caused the request.

Nor can we time a complete KYC cycle from this one message. The correspondence reviewed here does not establish when all documents were submitted, whether they were accepted, or when a resulting payment arrived. Those milestones would be needed for a measured verification or payout time.

A separate payment notice concerned purchases

Earlier, on May 5, Sixty6 emailed that Apple Pay and Google Pay were temporarily unavailable while ordinary bank-card purchases remained available. This was a notice about purchasing methods. It should not be described as a platform-wide redemption outage.

The word temporary also limits what can be inferred today. The message documents the operator’s communication on May 5; it does not establish that either wallet remains unavailable in September. A current account method list would be needed for that claim.

The published promotion rule goes beyond a numeric requirement

The current Terms and Conditions, checked September 8, define Promotional Conversion Abuse through patterns of activity. They say technically satisfying individual playthrough steps does not necessarily settle compliance, and that the rule does not require proof of automation, profit, or multiple accounts.

This is a material qualification to a simple playthrough figure. It describes discretion the operator reserves; it does not establish that the rule was applied to our account. The card-ownership email should retain its stated explanation rather than being retroactively attributed to this clause.

The terms also permit a request to remain pending until verification is complete and attach a document-response window. That is consistent with the need to distinguish a request for information from the final outcome, without promising that supplying documents guarantees approval.

The August 2–8 daily log provides a separate, partial sample of SC claims. It cannot resolve the May verification sequence. Sixty6’s added review detail is the specific purpose of that document request and the difference between purchase-method availability, account checks, and an actual delivered prize.
