Slotomo: one 0.2 SC claim, a 29-second receipt, and no prize request on file
Our Slotomo account record holds one test entry dated August 18, 2026 and one daily claim of 0.2 Sweeps Coins on Monday, August 17. It has no purchase, no prize request, and no identity-check start or finish. We have not been paid by Slotomo, so our own records cannot confirm that it pays. A research file kept outside that record adds an August 18 welcome email and a September 1, 2026 enquiry to Slotomo support, which drew an acknowledgement and no answer in the thread we hold.
We read Slotomo’s public documents on September 28, 2026. The Terms of Use alone carry a printed date (17 September 2026), and Slotomo’s Sweeps Rules, FAQ and promotion pages carry none. Our account record covers August 17 and 18, 2026; the research file adds the September 1 exchange. Our $20 offer and mail-entry readings date from July 17. The September 17 Terms postdate those observations, and we have no redemption under that version to compare.
One Slotomo claim is recorded; the 65 SC purchase headline includes later credits
The daily-bonus week in our research file ran August 16 to 22, 2026. Monday, August 17 carries 0.2 Sweeps Coins and no Gold Coin figure; our research file does not explain the blank days. Our September 8, 2026 note reported the same single Monday. Slotomo’s Daily Bonus page, checked September 28, names no amount and says “The more days you log in, the better the rewards become!”, so the 0.2 SC is one reading, not a rate.
Our July 17, 2026 bundle record for Slotomo’s $20 first purchase lists 112,000 Gold Coins and 65 Sweeps Coins, and this page turns that into 3.25 Sweeps Coins per dollar. Slotomo’s FAQ, checked September 28, 2026, lists 40 of the 65 with the purchase and 25 through Power Boost, credited daily over the eight days after it, and the Power Boost page ties those days to a login streak (“don’t miss a day!”). We made no Slotomo purchase, so the 3.25 figure is arithmetic on the headline, not a count of coins received.
Slotomo requires a card inside an envelope, and Rules 7.1 require one play
On September 28, 2026 the playthrough panel on this page called Slotomo’s 1x “measured”, but it is a reading of Sweeps Rules 7.1, which requires each free Sweeps Coin to be played once before it counts; we have not played one through. The mail-entry panel then said “Mail-in postcard”, from our July 17 read. Section 4 of the Rules asks for a handwritten request card in non-black ink inside a stamped number 10 envelope, and our own July 17 intake notes describe that envelope too. This description follows the Rules’ wording; our file holds no mailed Slotomo request.
Slotomo’s closure clause requires an open account for a prize request
Our September 8, 2026 note described the closure condition in Rules 7.12, under which a player who closes the account without first seeking an eligible redemption “is not entitled to any Prize”, and the 100 qualifying Sweeps Coin floor in Rules 7.3. The September 28, 2026 Rules retain both conditions. We have made neither a closure request nor a prize request at Slotomo.
Slotomo acknowledged our launch-date enquiry in 29 seconds
Our research file records a message to Slotomo support on September 1, 2026 at 21:39:36, asking about its launch date, and an acknowledgement at 21:40:05. Our September 8, 2026 note gave these times as UTC; the research file behind it, reread September 28, 2026, records no timezone. The exchange is not in our support log, and the 29 seconds measure receipt only. No answer followed in the thread we hold, so Slotomo did not confirm a launch date in that thread; our operator record holds none. The August 18 welcome email shows only that the account existed by then.
Terms 6.14, consistent with our September 8, 2026 note, describe email support around the clock with replies taking as long as 48 hours. Our operator record lists email as Slotomo’s only channel (updated August 2), but every Slotomo page we checked on September 28 shows a Live Chat control, which we have not tested.
Slotomo’s Terms dropped Forever Winning LLC by August 12 and now name only Mamba Limited
Our August 12, 2026 record of a Slotomo Terms change shows the party clause losing Forever Winning LLC of Wilmington, Delaware; the Terms dated 17 September 2026 name only Mamba Limited, of the Isle of Man. Changes our file logged on September 20 and 25 were wording only, such as “official rules” becoming “promotional rules”. None of the Slotomo documents we read on September 28 names a license or regulator, and the footer line headed “Company registration details and registered address” printed no details on September 28.
Our August 9, 2026 reputation record, for a window starting May 11, records zero Trustpilot and Reddit reviews of Slotomo, possibly a collection gap; we hold no newer count.
