Our April 21, 2026 Smiles Casino email introduced Smile Back as a weekly reward based on total play, regardless of whether the player won or lost. It described automatic addition when eligible, without an opt-in or complicated tier system.
The email does not specify a cashback rate
The message did not supply the percentage, the qualifying-play calculation, or the exact payment schedule. Its reference to total play is materially different from promising a fixed percentage of net losses or purchases. We have no Smile Back credit receipt that establishes the amount actually awarded to this account.
The welcome reward includes a chance-based component
The current promotions page, checked September 8, displays one million GC plus a welcome-wheel spin with possible rewards up to 50 SC. The 50-SC figure is an upper reward, not a fixed SC amount guaranteed alongside the Gold Coins.
