SpinPals

Every SpinPals entry in our account record is an email: a “Verify Your Email” message on November 11, 2025, then thirteen promotional emails from June 14 to July 12, 2026. None of those fourteen threads records play, a purchase, an identity-check result, a prize request or a support exchange. We have not been paid by SpinPals, so nothing in our file can confirm that it pays, or how fast.

On September 28, 2026 we read SpinPals’ Terms of Use, version 1.4, “updated as of June 1, 2026”, its Sweepstakes Official Rules and three undated help articles. The Rules print no date or version to identify changes to a later prize request. Our saved SpinPals homepage readings run from June 12 to September 21, 2026. On September 8, 2026 it linked both documents, the Terms from its footer, and our note recorded Mini, Minor, Major and Grand SC jackpot panels with time-since-win labels, plus Hot and Cold game lists whose percentages carried no sample period and no promise about the next play. In the September 21 capture the Grand read 489.69, the Mini 17.45 and one Hot-list game showed 207.8%. None of those captures recorded a payment, and we have not played a jackpot game.

A mail-in request is void if its code has expired when SpinPals processes it

Section 6F of the Rules sets out the postal route. The 14-digit Postal Request Code comes from the Lobby, works once, and lapses 30 days after it first appears. Request cards “containing an expired Postal Request Code at the time of processing will be void.” Transit and SpinPals’ own handling both count against those 30 days. We described this deadline on September 8, 2026; the Rules read on September 28 say the same.

The request is a fully handwritten 4x6 index card in a standard white number 10 envelope, addressed to SPINPALS, PO Box 8203, Manchester, NH 03108, and posted from the player’s verified home state. The card must show the code, the name as on government ID, account details and a handwritten line naming that month’s Sweepstakes. Each envelope holds one entry, worth three Sweeps Coins, with no stated daily or weekly cap. We have not mailed a SpinPals request, so crediting time is unmeasured.

SpinPals processes one prize request per five days from a 100 SC minimum

Section 9 of the Rules requires “at least 100 eligible Sweeps Coins” and limits processing to one prize request per account in any five-day window. Processing “may take up to 30 days” with no guaranteed time. SpinPals may charge handling or processing fees of an unstated amount, refund purchases instead of paying a prize, and add checks for balances above SC 2,000.

Section 7 requires each Sweeps Coin to be played at least once before it counts toward a prize, and lets SpinPals raise that to as many as twenty plays. The Terms of Use never mention Sweeps Coins. The playthrough factor on this page was scored on June 15, 2026 from the January 2026 Terms, so it does not reflect this section of the Rules.

Section 7 refers to “maximum and minimum prize requests amounts stated in these Official Rules”, yet only a minimum is printed. A self-described terms guide at spinpalsgames.com, cited in our September 28, 2026 age record, states a 500 Sweeps Coin daily maximum and one request every 24 hours. The Rules contain neither figure.

The Rules say an on-screen win is not a prize until SpinPals verifies you

Section 8 of the Rules allows a Know-Your-Customer check that can take photo ID, a biometric face scan, proof of address and an SSN check. Its capitalized warning says a win shown on screen makes no one a prize winner until verification is done. The help article on redeeming adds that the account “must be fully verified first” and a bank account or card nominated. None of the SpinPals documents we read names the payout methods or the verification provider; a Persona script on the site does not establish which checks an individual account faces.

Terms 8.3 allows requests for payslips or bank statements as evidence of where money came from, and 6.1 requires the payment method’s name to match the account name, with suspension and voided purchases for a mismatch. The Customer Acceptance Policy, version 1.0 of August 27, 2024, lets SpinPals ask customers it classes as high risk for evidence of income, net worth and source of funds, and says missing “the designated timeframe” may end their account; no timeframe is given. Our file holds no identity-check record for SpinPals; the November 2025 message was an email-verification mail.

Three SpinPals documents describe the 60-day expiry differently

Terms 6.11 calls an account Dormant after sixty straight days with no game played using Virtual Coins, and says the coins then expire automatically. Terms 4.9 lets SpinPals close a Dormant account and says it is “not required to give notice”. Our September 8, 2026 note, reading this clause, said opening the site is not the activity it names; that still holds for the Terms.

The help article on Sweeps Coin expiry, read September 28, counts the sixty days from the player’s last login. The Responsible Social Gameplay Policy, version 1.1 of September 1, 2025, says only that Sweeps Coins “expire after 60 days.” Under the Terms a login without play would not reset the clock; under the help article it would. We cannot say which one SpinPals applies.

A complaint runs from Get Help to a written notice, then to JAMS

Terms 6.12 promises support at any hour through “Get Help”, with a reply time of up to twelve hours, and Terms 15.1 sends customer-service requests there. None of the documents we read gives a phone number for SpinPals. We have never contacted SpinPals support.

If Get Help does not settle it, Terms 15.3 to 15.9 require a Notice of Dispute sent to legal@spinpals.com, then a one-on-one call or video meeting, and give SpinPals 30 days to reply in writing. Section 16 then sends the claim to JAMS. The consumer pays $250 in arbitration fees plus their own attorneys’ fees, and class actions are waived. Opting out takes written notice within 30 days, subject “OPT-OUT”, to SpinPals LLC, Attn: Arbitration Opt-Out, 14205 N Mo Pac Expy, Ste 570, PMB 628076, Austin, TX 78728, a private mailbox. None of the documents we read contains a licensing or regulator statement.
