RichSweeps’ reconciled record confirms a delivery dated January 5, 2026. Its amount is recorded, but its payment method and elapsed time are not. The older email summary includes a duration estimate that is not matched to the current row, so we do not present that estimate as a measured request-to-arrival result.

The receipt is useful evidence of a successful outcome. It does not tell us whether the same route is available today or how much of the original process involved identity review, operator processing, or a receiving provider.

The compliance messages asked about the purchase itself

The verification correspondence summarized in June asks for proof of ownership of the payment methods used on the account. It describes card images or bank and digital-card evidence, then a further request for purchase transactions and the card used. These were requests made in our case; they should not become a universal instruction to send financial images to any support contact.

The distinction from ordinary photo ID is important. Identity documents identify a person, while purchase evidence connects that person to the transaction funding the account. A successful identity step may leave the purchase check unresolved.

The record does not contain a complete final approval sequence tied to the January arrival. We therefore describe the requested evidence without claiming that every supplied file was rejected unfairly or that a particular submission immediately released the prize.

Registration and giveaway rewards have a separate cap

We read the live general terms in the browser on September 7, 2026. The page displays version 3, dated May 17, 2025, and identifies Betsperts, Inc. Section 2.4 caps the total coins accumulated, won, or redeemed from free registration offers or giveaways and says amounts above that cap are removed.

That source-specific restriction matters before comparing a free offer with a coin package. It is not enough to know the balance displayed after play; the originating reward can affect eligibility. We have not tested the cap or how the operator attributes a mixed balance to different sources.

The separate Sweepstakes Rules describe promotional coins and prize redemption, including verification and possible payment delays. The historical receipt does not establish that the capped registration or giveaway route was the source of the paid balance.

A scratch card is a separate observation

Our June account note says a daily scratch card was available and usually produced nothing in that observation. It is a qualitative first-hand note, not a measured probability or an audited prize distribution. We should not turn it into a claim that the scratch card never pays.

The August daily grid is also sparse. It contains a recorded claim with blank days around it, so it cannot establish a stable daily schedule or the combined value of ordinary claims and scratch-card outcomes. The two mechanisms need separate records.

A promotion advertised in the current promotions area should therefore be checked for the type of reward, its qualifying action, and the rule that governs any winnings. A scratch result, a registration gift, and a standard prize request are different events.

A processor status does not prove arrival

The current terms say RichSweeps submits redemption transactions through third-party processors and distinguish that role from the processors’ own decisions or delays. That published allocation of responsibility does not tell us which party caused a particular historical delay, and it does not make a submitted transaction equivalent to received money.

Our support record contains long response intervals, but the correspondence has not been fully matched into individual resolution timelines. The current support promise is consequently not a substitute for the logged experience, nor can the aggregate tell us when the specific paid request was resolved.
