Splash Coins: a purchase-history reply without a redemption in that record
Splash Coins answered our account-history request on March 4, 2026. Its response confirmed one purchase dated November 11, 2025 and no prize redemptions associated with the account in the supplied history.
This is a support record with a defined scope
The substantive answer arrived about 17 hours and 40 minutes after a support message said the request had been escalated. That interval starts at the escalation message, not the initial request. It is evidence that this records inquiry received an answer; it does not measure how quickly Splash Coins approves or pays a prize.
The record establishes more than a generic welcome email, but it still contains no completed redemption to evaluate. It also describes the account at the time of the March response, rather than a complete history through September.
Postal credits have their own waiting period
The live sweepstakes rules, inspected September 8, describe two SC per conforming mail-in entry. They allow up to 50 days from receipt before credit, depending on volume and verification.
The same section specifies a 16-digit code expiring 30 days after display and a separate condition making each submission valid for 60 days from the last account login. These are different clocks; a quoted processing allowance does not extend a code’s stated lifetime. We have no processed request demonstrating how the operator reconciles those conditions in a particular case.
