Apart from marketing mail, which ran to July 14, 2026, our SplashCoins file starts with a November 11, 2025 email asking us to confirm our email address and ends with SplashCoins’ March 4, 2026 replies to two support requests. One was a CCPA data-access request for the full transaction history; the other asked for purchase history, redemption history, 1099 issuance and balance. Our September 8, 2026 note reported that the answer to the second confirmed one purchase, dated November 11, 2025, and listed no prize redemptions in the history it supplied. Our file keeps that answer’s times, not its text; the separate account log has no purchase or redemption request, pending or delivered. We have not been paid by SplashCoins, so our own records cannot confirm that it pays.

We read SplashCoins’ public documents on September 28, 2026: the Terms of Use, version 2.5 dated July 7, 2026; the Sweepstakes Official Rules, which print no version or date; the mail-in page, version 4 dated September 18, 2026; and two help-center articles. Our account items, dated November 11, 2025 to March 4, 2026, include no prize redemption, so they hold no payout time to carry forward. Section 9 of the Rules says SplashCoins does “not guarantee processing times.”

SplashCoins’ March records replies and its separate dispute deadlines

The CCPA request, ticket 28897, drew a first reply on March 4, classified in our file as a template response, with no recorded resolution. The account-records ticket is marked resolved on March 4, 17 hours, 39 minutes and 35 seconds after its first reply. Our September 8, 2026 note described that first reply as a message saying the request had been escalated. Our own first message on either ticket has no recorded time, so the full wait is unknown.

Section 6.13 of the Terms says support runs “twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week” by email or live chat, with a response “as soon as possible.”

Terms section 15.5 requires a Notice of Dispute by email to a legal-review address within 10 calendar days of the event. Section 16 sends unresolved claims outside small claims court to individual JAMS arbitration, with a $250 player fee and a 30-day opt-out, and section 20.1 applies Delaware law to the Terms.

Redemptions start at $100, and the first week is capped at purchases

Section 9 of the Sweepstakes Official Rules sets the cash-prize minimum at “One hundred United States Dollars ($100.00 USD),” amendable “at any time and without notice.” The daily ceiling is $9,999 and may be lower by loyalty tier or account status. Florida redemptions stop at $5,000 per Monday-to-Sunday entry period, with the excess deferred. SplashCoins processes one redemption request per customer at a time.

For the first 7 days after an account opens, the redeemable amount is capped at the total of completed fiat purchases, and the rest is deferred.

The help article on redemption timing, updated July 6, 2026, says approval “may take up to 3 business days.” After approval, it says Skrill requests are “usually processed immediately,” debit card requests are processed “within up to 30 minutes,” and Pay By Bank transfers are “generally processed in 2-3 business days.” The article times processing and names no date by which a Skrill, card or bank payment reaches the player. The Rules allow up to 30 days in some circumstances, and longer handling and possible installments for prizes of $2,500 or more. They also reserve the right to charge processing fees and “to refund purchases in lieu of processing a prize redemption.”

Sweep Coins cannot be bought and must be played once before redemption

The Rules say Sweep Coins “cannot be purchased under any circumstances” and arrive with marked Gold Coin packs, at registration, through promotions or by mail, among other routes, while “Gold Coins cannot be redeemed for Prizes.” The homepage says the welcome bonus includes “a generous amount of Sweeps Coins” and gives no number for it. Its FAQ says “we also do not offer any real money payouts,” yet section 7 of the Rules says won Sweep Coins can be redeemed “for cash and prizes of monetary value.”

Section 7 requires Sweep Coins from section 6’s routes to be used at least once in a Sweep Coins game before it counts toward a prize, and lets the Sponsor require more uses, with no notice period stated. On September 28, 2026 our June 14 playthrough entry cited only the Terms and said they do not mention playthrough. That holds for the Terms, but the Rules state a 1x requirement.

Checks can include a facial scan, and Chime or Venmo statements are refused

Rules section 8 says, in capitals, that an on-screen win does not make a participant a winner until verification is complete. Checks may include photo ID, a biometric facial scan, proof of address and SSN validation. Terms section 8.3 adds source-of-funds documents “such as a payslip or bank statements,” and section 8.2 lets SplashCoins pause pending redemptions during checks. The verification help article, updated September 23, 2025, rejects address statements from Chime, Venmo, Cashapp or Revolut.

Terms section 6.1 adds a payment-ownership condition: the name on the payment method “must match the name on Your User Account,” or the account will be suspended. The only verification message in our file is the November 11, 2025 email-address check, and the file holds no identity or payment-ownership check.

The mail-in entry code expires 15 minutes after it is emailed

The mail-in page says a valid request may earn 2 “Splash Coins”, its name for the prize currency, per handwritten postcard carrying a QR code, sent to SCA Promotions in Dallas and postmarked from the player’s home state. The undated Sweepstakes Rules, checked September 28, say the entry code is obtained after logging in and “expires 15 minutes after it is sent to you via email.” Our September 8, 2026 note described a 16-digit code expiring 30 days after display; the Rules as read on September 28 supersede that description. Two conditions still match September 8: each submission is valid for 60 days from the last login, and crediting may take up to 50 days from receipt. We have not mailed a card.

The 60-day window runs from a login, but Terms section 6.12 makes an account Dormant after 60 consecutive days without gameplay, and its Virtual Coins then expire; logging in alone does not reset that count.
