We have no account history with Sweep Las Vegas: no recorded test, redemption, purchase, daily claim, support contact or operator email. We have never been paid by it, so our records cannot confirm that it pays. Sources include the operator’s documents, our saved Terms, a regulator’s letter and attributed reviews.

Our published note cited the Sweepstakes Rules as inspected September 8, 2026. On September 28 we reread them with the General Terms, Bonus Terms, FAQ, Responsible Gaming Policy and the Illinois Gaming Board letter. The Rules and Terms both print “Last Updated: March 25th, 2026”; the Bonus Terms, FAQ and Responsible Gaming Policy carry no date. That printed date does not mark the latest change: our saved copies of the Terms show Maine joining the restricted list between July 27 and August 31, 2026, while the top still printed March 25.

Section 6.8 forfeits the remainder after $50,000 in monthly requests

The Sweepstakes Rules cap cash withdrawals at $50,000 per calendar month in section 6.8. Once cumulative requests reach that figure, remaining winnings or balance “that would have been available for withdrawal shall be permanently forfeited and credited back to the Sponsor”. How this affects pending requests is unconfirmed.

Rules 6.2 sets the minimum at 100 Sweep Coins, and Rules 6.1 and 9.7, repeated in the Bonus Terms, require a 1x playthrough. Rules 6.3 says prizes “may take the form of cash, gift cards, or other digital payment equivalents”. The undated Responsible Gaming Policy says games “use virtual currency or tokens with no cash-out value” and that wins “do not result in actual financial gains or losses”, while section 6.8 sets a cash cap.

A redemption waits on checks that can reach a player’s sources of wealth

Rules 5.2 says an entrant is not a winner “even if the online screen indicates they are” until checks finish, and 6.6.2 extends those checks beyond identity to “sources of funds and wealth”. Terms 9.3 accepts a pay slip or bank statement as proof, and 9.4 allows restriction when a requested document is still missing after forty days. The FAQ says checks take at most 72 hours.

Rules 6.11.3 calls the standard pending period “up to three (3) business days”, subject to those checks. The FAQ gives different figures: a card payout “can take 1-5 business days to be approved and sent”, while e-wallets are “processed immediately after being confirmed by our payments team”. With no request of our own, we cannot say which figure holds. A player who cancels in the pending window does not get the Sweep Coin amount reinstated (6.11.4), a chargeback cancels every pending redemption (6.10), and cash goes only to a bank account in the player’s own name (6.6.3). The FAQ says “We charge no fees on deposits or withdrawals”; Rules 6.14 reserves “the right to charge fees for processing the redemption of Prizes”.

Every support and complaint route in the Terms is one email inbox

The homepage promises 24/7 support and the FAQ promises 24/7 live chat, yet every contact route in the Terms and Rules is hello@sweeplasvegas.com, and no live-chat text appeared on the signed-out homepage we read on September 28. The FAQ also contains unfilled placeholder text where a web address and support email belong. A complaint goes to that address with “COMPLAINT” in the subject within three months of the issue (Terms 7.2), with a reply target of 72 hours (7.4). Legal claims must be filed within one year (16.1) and go to individual arbitration unless the player opts out by email within 30 days. This is general information, not legal advice. Terms can change, and a lawyer can say whether the arbitration clause applies to a particular account.

On September 28 the AskGamblers review page showed 0 of 14 complaints resolved, averaging $923, and 0 of 12 resolved in its payment category; the complaint stat on this page still shows the June figure of 0 of 6. Trustpilot showed a 1.4 rating across 275 reviews that day, 86% of them one star. One September 14 review reported three cash outs received after delays; we have not verified those payments.

Illinois demanded a block or an end to prizes in February, and our earliest Terms copy already restricts it

In a letter dated February 4, 2026, the Illinois Gaming Board said it observed the site offering Illinois users slots, table games and poker on January 15, 2026, and that it had “reason to believe” the site was an illegal online casino. It demanded that the operator block Illinois residents or stop offering cash, gift cards and other prizes. That is a regulator’s demand, not a court finding. The letter went to hello@sweeplasvegas.com and to the same Wilmington suite and ZIP as the Terms, though the PDF prints the street number as 007 where the Terms print 1007. Our September 8 note called the address a match, and our September 28 reading of the PDF adds that caveat.

The General Terms name Illinois in section 3.4. Our earliest saved copy, from June 12, 2026, already lists it, and we hold no copy from before the February letter, so we do not know when Illinois entered the list. Delaware, where Digital Entertainment Development LLC is registered, is also restricted. The accepted-state list on this page says it was read off the operator’s terms, but Arizona, Florida, Maryland, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Utah and West Virginia are excluded there by our own state list, not by Terms 3.4.

The Coin Faucet refills Gold Coins, not the Sweep Coins that redeem

Rules 3.2.6 says the Coin Faucet gives Gold Coins “at no cost” once an entrant “has run out of Sweep Coins”, usable every four hours. Free Sweep Coins come from daily log-ins (Rules 3.2.1, no amount stated); the Wheel, which resets at 12:00 AM UTC and pays from 0.35 to 100 Sweep Coins (3.2.5); and an email to hello@sweeplasvegas.com, after which a player “may receive five (5) Sweep Coins” (3.2.6), with no stated limit or crediting time. Sweep Coins can also arrive free with a Gold Coin purchase (3.2.3), and a referred player who makes a Gold Coin purchase earns the referrer 10,000 Gold Coins and 20 Sweep Coins (3.2.4). Unused wheel prizes expire after three calendar months under the Bonus Terms. The no-purchase welcome bonus caps winnings and redemption at 100 Sweep Coins and expires after one month. Under Rules 2.7, Sweep Coins expire after six months without Sweep Coin play, the same span after which Terms 4.7 lets the operator close an inactive account.
