Sweep Las Vegas: the monthly withdrawal clause includes forfeiture
Section 6.8 of the Sweep Las Vegas rules dated March 25, 2026, inspected September 8, sets a $50,000 calendar-month withdrawal cap. If cumulative requests reach or exceed it, the clause says remaining withdrawable winnings or balances are permanently forfeited rather than carried into the next month.
The consequence extends beyond delayed access
This is materially different from a limit that simply postpones a payment. We have not tested a capped account or established how the operator applies the clause to pending requests. It is a substantial reason not to assume that every displayed winning balance remains redeemable later.
Section 6.11 separately describes a pending period of up to three business days before processing, subject to verification. That is not a promised bank-arrival time.
Illinois issued a documented demand
In a February 4, 2026 letter, the Illinois Gaming Board said it had observed prize games offered to Illinois users on January 15. The agency said it had not licensed or authorized the activity and demanded that the operator block Illinois residents or stop offering the prizes.
That is the regulator’s stated position and demand, not a court judgment or proof of what happened afterward. We have not established subsequent compliance from that letter. Its contact address matches the .com service reviewed here.
