Our September 7, 2026 research adds a practical explanation of the operator’s rules: Gold Coins, Sweepstakes Coins and Keys serve different purposes. A drawing entry and an eligible prize balance cannot be treated as interchangeable rewards.

Sweeps Night: coins, Keys and the right support route
The three rewards do different jobs
Sweeps Night’s legal notices, checked September 7, 2026, distinguish Gold Coins for ordinary play, Sweepstakes Coins used in sweepstakes games, and Keys automatically entered into periodic drawings. Gold Coins and Keys do not have cash value. Eligible Sweepstakes Coin winnings may support a prize request, subject to the rules.
Keep the currency label in any reward screenshot. Adding drawing entries to a coin balance produces a misleading “bonus value” and makes the screenshot harder to use when questioning a missing reward.
An on-screen result is not the final prize decision
The Sweepstakes Rules require validation of potential wins and describe identity and residence checks. Acquired coins and prize-eligible coins are treated differently. We have not completed these steps ourselves.
We have no first-hand purchase, support or redemption test for Sweeps Night. That makes it especially important to preserve the difference between understanding the rules and observing them work. A promotional screenshot alone would not tell us whether a request was accepted, whether documents were approved or whether a payment arrived.
The studio’s general FAQ covers a different payment system
Big Run Studios’ general support page discusses Blackout Bingo and directs its payment questions to Skillz. That answer is explicitly about Blackout Bingo; it should not be copied into a Sweeps Night cashout guide merely because the games share a studio.
Sweeps Night’s own terms describe Aeropay for ACH bank transfers and name contact@bigrunstudios.com as a contact. We have not tested that bank-transfer option.
When contacting support, name Sweeps Night, identify the currency or Key drawing involved, and distinguish a game-result question from a redemption request. Include the relevant request or drawing identifier if one exists. This gives the recipient something more specific to investigate than “my winnings disappeared” and reduces the chance of applying another game’s instructions.
The new research gives this page a clearer explanation of the product. A first-hand test is still needed to establish document acceptance, support response and payment delivery. Those outcomes remain open questions, rather than benefits inferred from the app’s availability or its studio’s other games.
