Our Triller Sweeps file holds a single login day, August 17, 2026: two Sweeps Coin credits of 0.1 each, one from the daily claim and one from a wheel spin, with no Gold Coin amount recorded. It records no purchase, identity check, redemption or support contact. We have not been paid by Triller Sweeps, and without a payment our records cannot confirm that it pays or how long a request takes.

Our September 7, 2026 note recorded a read of the July 2026 Terms and Rules, and on September 28, 2026 we checked the Terms of Service and Sweepstakes Rules dated July 6, 2026 again, with the Privacy Policy of August 12, 2025 and the Responsible Play policy of September 12, 2025. The Rules file was unchanged between those reads. Our state and mailed-request records are older, built in June 2026 from an August 2025 copy of the rules. Against a published daily allowance of up to five Sweeps Coins, our two 0.1 readings on one Monday cannot predict what a new account collects or how a first redemption would go.

Two active Terms of Service name different excluded states

On September 7, 2026 the footer’s Terms of Service link opened the July 6, 2026 agreement, and the link labelled Bonus Terms opened a complete Terms of Service dated September 16, 2025. On September 28 the site’s own document index still marked both as active, the older one under Bonus Terms. The two give opposite answers for Alabama and Hawaii.

The July 2026 Terms, and section 4 of the Rules of the same date, exclude Alabama, Iowa, Minnesota and Mississippi, among others. The September 2025 version omits those four and includes Hawaii. The accepted-state list elsewhere on this page was built from the August 2025 rules and still shows all four as accepted; we follow the July documents. Florida is on neither list; Rules section 16.10 sets a prize cap for its residents.

Terms, Rules and Responsible Play all set the minimum age at 21, although a homepage copy we saved on June 14, 2026 carried an “18+ only” line that we have not rechecked.

Two June score explanations on this page, drawn from homepage text, say the terms are absent and silent on playthrough, although the July Terms run to 16 pages and Rules section 16.1 sets a single play-through; both await review.

Florida alone keeps the $5,000 spin cap, and a misnumbered clause allows a $1,000 daily limit

The Rules dated August 12, 2025 capped winners in “New York or Florida” at $5,000. The July 6, 2026 Rules apply that cap, per spin or play round, to Florida residents only (section 16.10); both editions exclude New York. A clause printed as “6.11” but placed inside section 16 lets Triller Sweeps “limit an Entrant’s redemption of prizes to USD $1,000 per day,” and section 16.9 says amounts over $1,000 may take longer and “may also be paid in more than one lump sum.”

A request needs 100 qualifying Sweeps Coins at $1.00 each (section 16.3), and a coin qualifies after one play-through “unless otherwise stated or required by Sponsor” (section 16.1). The only payout route the Rules name is a bank account in the player’s own name, with joint accounts accepted on extra documents (section 16.6). Rules 16.7 permits one request every forty-eight hours; 16.8 allows up to ten days to process payment.

Our August 17 account observation records no Sweeps Coin play-through, no redemption request and no identity check for this account, so neither the single play-through nor the bank-account match has been tested. Terms section 10 lets Triller Sweeps restrict an account whose requested documents are still missing 40 days after they were first requested.

The daily allowance remains untested beyond August 17; inactivity can expire coins

The two August 17 entries carry no notes, so the screen behind each 0.1 figure is undocumented. Rules section 13.2 describes the login allowance as “up to a maximum of five (5) free Sweeps Coins a day,” and section 13.1 offers up to five on registration.

Three clauses use a 60-day period. Rules section 10 expires Sweeps Coins after 60 consecutive days without Sweeps Coin play. Terms section 6.11 expires Gold Coins after 60 days with no play in either currency. Terms section 2.8 allows closing an account inactive for 60 days or longer without notice, and section 2.9 says closure forfeits the balance.

The mailed request card now goes to Triller Marketing Group LLC

Our mailed-request record comes from the August 2025 rules, which named Triller Sweeps, LLC, the owner this page still lists. The July 6, 2026 Rules and Terms name Triller Marketing Group LLC DBA Triller Sweeps, a Florida limited liability company, the name payment-card statements carry (Terms section 6.8).

Rules sections 13.6 to 13.18 call for a handwritten card, one per stamped No. 10 envelope marked with the site address, the words TRILLER SWEEPS SWEEPS COINS and the request code. The code is 8 to 13 digits, single use, generated inside the account, and must arrive within 60 days of generation. A conforming card earns five Sweeps Coins. Section 13.14 requires a postmark from the same state as the verified account address, a rule absent from our older record. No crediting timeline or daily card limit is given, and our file records no mailed request.

Support runs through a form and a payment phone line, disputes through Florida arbitration

Our support record still lists only email for Triller, from an entry recorded on June 15, 2026. Terms section 6.12 describes a Contact Us form open around the clock, with a stated reply window of up to twelve hours plus a 24-hour line for payment questions at +1-561-891-1700. We have not measured the promised reply time. On July 3, 2026 we recorded a Trustpilot aggregate of 2.1 out of 5 across 20 reviews, 85% of them one or two stars, without the topics.

Complaints go through that form from the registered email within three months (Terms sections 8.1 to 8.5), and unresolved ones go to individual AAA arbitration in Palm Beach Gardens under Florida law, with a class waiver. Terms 16.9 sets the player’s arbitration fees at $250. Terms 16.5 allows an arbitration opt-out by email to legal@trillersweeps.com within 30 days, and section 17.1 sets a one-year filing limit.
