Wandando: the extra bundle coins were due after the promotion ended
Wandando’s August 25, 2026 email advertised extra SC on qualifying coin bundles, with credit due within 24 hours after the promotion ended. The extra award was not described as an immediate addition at the purchase screen.
The delayed credit had a per-player ceiling
The original message listed four qualifying bundle levels and progressively larger extra awards. It capped the extra SC at 25 per player. Its stated window ran from 7 a.m. Eastern on August 25 to 9 a.m. Eastern on August 26, followed by the additional crediting period.
That combination matters when assessing a purchase receipt. A receipt showing only the ordinary package amount during the promotion would not, by itself, prove a missed extra award before its stated credit deadline. We have not identified a qualifying purchase or subsequent promotional credit from our account, so this is an explanation of the offer, not a report of missing coins.
A September 4 Mystery Box email described a different purchase bundle, including Gold Coins, SC, and a free spin on the box. The spin was attached to buying the pack. Its name did not establish a separate free-entry claim available just by opening the email.
The claim week is a different record
Our June 14–20 display contains seven matching positive SC claims. Those observations precede both purchase campaigns. They support a consistent amount within that week, not receipt of the later bundle extras or a Mystery Box result.
There is no delivered prize in the reviewed account evidence. We have not linked those June collections to a completed cash-out, inferred a return from the box, or counted its advertised free spin as an SC claim.
Verification and state changes have explicit deadlines
The Wandando rules, read September 8, give five days to supply requested verification documents in the required form, after which the request may be disqualified and the account deactivated. That is a document-response deadline, not a promised five-day payout.
Section 9.3(c) separately allows holders of existing SC to seek redemption if their jurisdiction is newly restricted. It gives 60 days from the restriction’s effective time, permits contacting support if website access is unavailable, and retains the minimum threshold and verification requirements. It does not allow continued play after the restriction.
