It includes a class-action waiver and mandatory arbitration (Section 16), allows the company to void games and prizes for any error at its sole discretion (Section 13.9-13.10), permits account closure without notice for 60 days of inactivity (Section 4.9), and states purchases are final with no refunds (Section 2.4). These provisions align with the 0-29 rubric descriptor of "explicit player-hostile clauses."

WildHorseBucks: verification for welcome rewards and gameplay dormancy
Our November 9, 2025 WildHorseBucks email offered 5,000 WildHorse Bucks and 2 free SC after account verification. A November 12 reminder again described the 2-SC bonus as waiting for verification. Neither message was a verification approval or a receipt showing the reward had actually reached the account.
The reminder did not give an exact offer cutoff
The later message said the bonus was about to expire, but did not state a calendar deadline or countdown. We cannot derive an expiration date from that wording. These are historical messages, not a promise that a new September 2026 account receives the same allocation.
Account status and coin dormancy are separate questions
A May 27, 2026 email said our account was still active and promoted new Hacksaw games and daily rewards. It did not report the current balance or certify the status of the earlier welcome coins.
The October 17, 2025 terms, version 1.6, define dormancy as 60 consecutive days without gameplay using Virtual Coins and say coins may automatically expire. A login-only interpretation would miss the stated gameplay condition. This is the published rule, not evidence that our account incurred a forfeiture.
The live lobby, checked September 8, displayed game categories and purchase-boost panels. We inspected the public page without completing verification, claiming a bonus, or making a purchase.
