WildHorseBucks

We have not been paid by WildHorseBucks, so our own records cannot confirm that it pays. Nothing in our file is a redemption request, pending or delivered, and we have logged no daily claim, purchase, identity-check timing or support contact. It does hold five emails WildHorseBucks sent between November 9, 2025 and May 27, 2026, kept as subject lines and dates without their text.

On September 28, 2026 we read version 1.6 of the Terms of Use, dated October 17, 2025, matching the file recorded on September 11; the Sweepstakes Official Rules, which carry no version number or date; the Privacy Policy, last updated November 1, 2024; the undated FAQ; and the footer printed on the site’s pages. Our own dated observations are those emails and a September 8, 2026 note in which we recorded the lobby showing game categories and purchase-boost panels. On September 28 neither loaded for us, and we have not established whether the site changed. None of the five subject lines mentions a prize request or a payment.

The Terms, the Rules and the FAQ exclude different states

Section 3.4 of the Terms has the longest exclusion list, including California, Iowa and New York, plus the District of Columbia, US territories and all non-US locations. Section 2 of the Rules copies that list but leaves out Iowa. The FAQ answer to “Who can play?” drops California, Iowa and the District of Columbia too, then invites adults 18 and over living in its “supported states” to play. Our file contains no first-hand location check to test those conflicting lists.

The FAQ also says “Residents of Florida and New York can redeem a maximum of 5,000 coins per day,” although New York sits on the FAQ’s own exclusion list and in both legal documents. Section 9 of the Rules states the Florida cap in dollars instead, “US $5,000” for each Sweepstakes Entry Period, with any excess deferred.

A Florida company, Delaware law and two California addresses

The footer on every page we rendered on September 28 names The Outcome Optimizers Inc, “a C corporation registered under the Laws of the State of Florida,” as the company behind the prizes and payments, and says WILDHORSE BUCKS “is licensed and operated by” that same company. The footer names no licensing authority and no license number. The Terms and the Rules choose Delaware law instead, and Terms section 16 puts JAMS arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware. The Terms give no company street address; the Privacy Policy lists an office at 1212 Broadway Plaza in Walnut Creek, California, and the mail-in address in the Rules is a Market Street suite in San Francisco.

Terms section 15 sends the written Notice of Dispute to help@wildhorsebucks.com, and section 16 takes the 30-day arbitration opt-out at the same address. The footer lists support@wildhorsebucks.com instead, the sender of four of the five emails in our file.

The FAQ promises “lightning speed!*” against a slower schedule in the Rules

Rules section 7 makes a Sweeps Coin prize-eligible only after at least one play in a Sweeps Coins game and lets WildHorseBucks demand up to three, while the Wildhorse Bucks sold in packs never qualify. The FAQ sets at least 3x for coins from the Purchase Boost game, whose amounts no public WildHorseBucks document states.

The FAQ’s “100 coins for $100” is the only redemption minimum WildHorseBucks prints, and the same page says the team will send the cash “with lightning speed!*” without giving that asterisk a footnote or naming how the cash arrives. Section 9 of the Rules allows one request per account every five days and says payment can take up to 30 days in some circumstances, while prizes of $600 or more may take longer and may be paid in more than one lump sum. The same section permits fees and a refund of purchases in place of the prize. Before paying, WildHorseBucks may ask for whatever checks Rules section 8 and Terms section 8.4 describe, which those sections say may include a photo ID, a utility bill matching the address, SSN validation, a biometric facial scan and a payslip or bank statement showing source of funds.

Sections 8.9 and 8.10 of the Terms add that WildHorseBucks may ask for proof of the receiving bank account, contact that bank and “prevent any prize redemption, pending the outcome of an Investigation.” The Terms set no deadline for that investigation.

Two 60-day clocks start from different events

Section 6.12 of the Terms calls an account Dormant after sixty consecutive days with no play using Virtual Coins, and says coins may then expire. Section 6 of the Rules starts a separate count at issuance: a Sweeps Coin “may be forfeited” if it is not played or redeemed within 60 days of being provided. The dormancy clause measures account activity; the Rules separately measure whether each Sweeps Coin was used within its issuance window.

Our file holds no balance record, so it cannot show whether the 2 SC named in WildHorseBucks’ November emails was ever credited. On November 9, 2025 WildHorseBucks sent “Don’t Miss Out: 5,000 WildHorse Bucks + 2 SC Await!”, then reminders on November 10 and November 12, the last titled “Your 2 Sweeps Coins Are Riding Off Into the Sunset.” Our September 8 note reported a verification condition but no exact November 12 deadline, and said May 27’s “WildHorseBucks Account Notification” described an active account, new Hacksaw games and daily rewards. With only subject lines stored, we can confirm the subject lines and dates but not those readings.

A mailed index card earns 1 Sweeps Coin per daily period

Section 6C of the Rules, which set no time for crediting the coin, offers the no-purchase route by post only: a handwritten 4x6 white index card in a white size 10 envelope to WildHorseBucks, 2261 Market Street STE 22815, San Francisco, CA 94114, sent from the state of the verified home address. The card carries the player’s ID name, account email, username, residential address and a signed, dated handwritten statement, and must be mailed within 3 days of signing. Each accepted request earns one Sweeps Coin, with one request per daily entry period running midnight to 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific.
