Courtside: boosted offers carry game-specific redemption restrictions
A September 7, 2026 email promoted a 50% boost for a named football matchup and larger multipliers for longer entries, up to a stated 250% increase. These were separate offer mechanics: the single-game boost and the escalating entry promotion should not be combined into an unstated return.
The message said the offer ended that night, without an exact time or timezone in the body we reviewed. We have not carried it forward as an active promotion, checked out an entry, or treated an advertised multiplier as money received.
Eligibility is checked before request timing

A balance and an unused weekly request slot therefore answer only part of the question. They do not establish that the games producing the balance met the qualifying rules.
Some available games do not immediately produce eligible winnings
The sweepstakes rules, checked September 8, normally require Courtside Cash to be used at least once, at displayed odds of -300 or longer. They exclude opposite selections and winnings through the Courtside Cash Out mechanism from redemption eligibility.
They also say non-slot Social Casino winnings are not immediately redeemable, naming table, crash, dice, instant-win, and mines games among the examples. That wording does not establish that every such balance can never become eligible; the clause does not explain a complete later conversion route.
The operator reserves the ability to require as many as 20 plays. A game being available in the lobby is therefore insufficient to describe its winnings as immediately cash-redeemable.
Redemption has its own request cadence
The same rules normally allow one prize request per seven-day period. They allow processing up to 30 days in some circumstances, with prizes of $500 or more potentially taking longer or arriving in multiple amounts.
