Deal or No Deal Win: the pending period comes before payment processing
Our April 30, 2026 welcome email offered 60,000 GC, 40 SC, and an Infinity Wheel spin for $20. That dated message establishes an offer we received then. It does not establish the launch date, prove a purchase, or make the package a currently available welcome deal.
Two quick acknowledgements did not resolve the question
We asked a historical question on August 24. The acknowledgement arrived 22 seconds later and said the request was being reviewed. A September 1 follow-up produced another acknowledgement in 57 seconds.
Neither message answered the question. Counting those intervals as successful support resolutions would overstate the evidence.
Pending review and payment use different clocks
The play rules, checked September 8, describe a standard pending period of up to three business days, subject to verification needs. Payment processing follows successful checks; a separate clause allows up to ten days for payment processing.
Canceling during the pending period returns the decision to the player, who bears subsequent changes to the SC balance. The rules do not promise to restore a canceled redemption amount after further play.
Several limits can apply to the same balance
The rules process only one request per 48 hours, reserve a $2,000 daily ceiling, and cap redemptions at $40,000 over a rolling 30 days. Larger payments can require extra checks or installments.
The account must remain open and active to redeem. Closing it before requesting an eligible prize can forfeit the balance. These are conditions to check before account closure, rather than evidence that an actual withdrawal was denied.
We have no receiving-account receipt in this review that measures the full pending-to-payment sequence.
