Dorados: a mixed-currency package and an unresolved support escalation
Dorados’ September 6, 2026 email advertised a one-time holiday package with up to 20% extra value. The described maximum combined 240,000 Gold Coins, 24 Sweeps Coins, and additional Elixir. Those components should not be combined into a single SC amount.
Keep package value and support progress separate

The package cannot be compared on an SC-per-dollar basis without its purchase price. The support exchange cannot be measured as time to resolution without an answer. Both gaps concern a missing input, even though the records themselves are useful.
The email supplied a specific offer window
The footer limited the campaign to one claim per player, from Friday at 00:01 through Sunday at 23:59, using the label EST. The message was sent on the final Sunday. We have not represented the package as still available or inferred its purchase price from the percentage boost.
A separate August 27 re-engagement email used treasure and reward imagery but did not specify a credited amount. Receiving that message does not establish that SC had been deposited in the account.
Escalation was documented; resolution was not
We sent our historical question on August 24. A support representative replied 39 minutes and 17 seconds later, saying it had been forwarded to the responsible department.
After our September 1 follow-up, another representative replied that work continued and an update would follow. Neither response supplied a confirmed date. This is evidence of a human reply and escalation, with the underlying question still unanswered in the correspondence reviewed.
Postal entry does not require a generated code
The February 2026 sweepstakes rules, opened September 8, describe handwritten postal requests limited to one per account per day and one request per envelope. They explicitly say no template or code generation is required. Requests must originate in the state registered to the account.
The stated award is at least two SC per valid request, subject to the company’s stated discretion. The rules separately set a 100 redeemable-SC minimum and distinguish SC from extra SC spins.
We have no completed postal-credit or redemption record for this operator. The email correspondence does not test either process.
