Our file holds two Global Poker emails dated May 25, 2026: one titled “Thank you for verifying!” and one titled “Purchase Completed”, whose amount and method were never entered in our file. Our account record adds a May 30 entry that reads “Bank verification approved / identity documents collected”. None records a prize redemption request, delivered or pending. We have not been paid by Global Poker, so our own records cannot confirm that it pays.

On September 28, 2026 we read the Terms and Conditions (version 29.1) and the Sweeps Rules (version 25.1), both updated September 16, 2026, plus the Privacy Policy of the same date. The entries in our account file are the two May 25 emails, the May 30 approval and four daily entries entered on August 18, 2026. Those entries contain no prize request. The September 16 Terms changed coin expiry and state exclusions from the June 16 Terms; the earlier document cannot establish how a new request would proceed. The September 7 version of this note cited version 26.0 of the Terms, dated June 16, which 29.1 has replaced.

Further checks can follow the May 30 bank approval

The May 30 entry in our account record has no start time, so it cannot time verification, and it says identity documents were collected without listing which ones. Clause 9.3 allows further checks, including address or source-of-funds papers, once a single or cumulative redemption exceeds US$2,000. Clause 9.4 permits closure or restriction when a requested document remains missing for 30 days.

The Privacy Policy names Jumio and Sumsub for facial recognition; our file does not identify our provider. Our September 7, 2026 note described Global Poker’s bank guide: identity and address verification preceded bank linking, with manual bank details and a statement or automatic sign-in through Yodlee. The automatic route ended at submitted details. Its cash-prize guide mapped card and online-bank purchases to a bank account and e-wallet purchases to a wallet, and explicitly allowed eligible free-Sweeps-Coin prizes without a purchase. We could not re-read those guides September 28; those remain dated descriptions, not tested payment routes.

Fifty Sweeps Coins to redeem, each played through at least once

Clause 6.10 of the Terms says “Gold Coins do not have any real money value.” Sweeps Coins won through play redeem at US$1 each under clause 4.4 of the Sweeps Rules, with a minimum of 50 eligible Sweeps Coins under clause 6.5. Clause 6.13 sets one play as the default and permits a requirement of up to 20 plays. The June 15, 2026 playthrough reading in our file, taken from version 22.0 of the Terms dated November 11, 2025, found no requirement; clause 6.13 of the June 16 and September 16 Terms sets one.

Clause 8.1 routes cash to an account-linked payment medium where possible, otherwise to an account the player owns. The May 25 purchase record lacks its payment method, so we cannot establish which route would apply to our account.

Our file holds no Global Poker delivery time to set against the ten business days clause 8.16 allows for processing a cash prize. A dispute over a Global Poker prize goes, after a Dispute Notice and a 60-day informal period, to individual JAMS arbitration under clause 24, unless the player emailed an opt-out to arbitrationoptout@globalpoker.com within 30 days of first accepting the Terms. The September 16 documents give Sweeps Coins two different lifespans

Clause 8.22 of the Terms says Sweeps Coins are valid for 60 days from the last login. Clause 3.7 of the Sweeps Rules, dated the same day, says 90 days. The June 16 Terms also said 90, while Global Poker’s Responsible Social Gameplay Policy, version 5.0 dated November 24, 2025, says Sweeps Coins “expire after 60 days.” A balance left between 60 and 90 days after the last login falls in the gap between clause 8.22 and clause 3.7, and our file holds no Global Poker support answer on which one applies.

Free entry moved from a Portsmouth PO box to a photographed card

The free-entry route in our file, recorded June 23, 2026 from version 4.0 of the Sweeps Rules as archived on December 2, 2022, is a card mailed to PO Box 8486, Portsmouth, NH 03801. Clause 3.2(d) of version 25.1 has no postal address. A request now starts under Play for Free: the player completes an Entry Acknowledgment Form matching the verified name, passes a human check, scratches to reveal an Entry Request Template, handwrites its wording exactly on a blank card, and photographs the card with the device camera. A selfie check can follow. Each valid request earns five Sweeps Coins, the same reward our file recorded in June.

The Daily Bonus in clause 3.2(c) is offered “At our election” to verified accounts and resets after seven consecutive days of claims; the Rules give no amount. Our account record holds four daily entries dated August 16 to 19, 2026, each with 0 Sweeps Coins. All four were entered on August 18 (UTC), before the August 19 entry’s stated date, and none carries a note saying whether a claim was offered. They do not measure a daily amount.

Indiana and Maine are on the September 16 sweepstakes exclusion list

The Terms shut Washington, Michigan, Montana, Connecticut, Nevada and Delaware out entirely and void Gold Coin purchases from them, refunded “minus an administrative fee of up to 10%”. The Terms and Sweeps Rules close sweepstakes play in California, Idaho, Louisiana, Maine, Mississippi, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee and West Virginia, while leaving Gold Coin play available. Indiana retains Gold Coin play and sweepstakes peer-to-peer poker. Indiana and Maine are missing from the June 16 Terms’ exclusion list and from a Global Poker block page we recorded on July 27, 2026, and no Terms version between June 16 and September 16 is in our file. The state list in our file, recorded June 19, marked Mississippi open and Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania and Utah closed. The September 16 documents close Mississippi to sweepstakes play and exclude none of the others on that list.
