The verdict

10 Sweeps Coins a month: the dormant-account fee in Section 9

We can’t verify GoldenHearts pays (no first-hand redemptions on file, complaint data not yet collected), and its own terms supply the most specific cautions in this group.

Per the published terms at goldenheartsgames.com: 60 days of inactivity cancels your Gold Coins and unplayed Sweeps Coins (Section 9), followed by a “monthly dormant account fee of 10.00 Redeemable Sweeps Coins”; the company may terminate access at any time without prior notice (Section 12); and disputes go to individual binding arbitration (Section 24). Minimum redemption is $100. On the plus side, payment rails are conventional (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Skrill, or a bank account, Section 6) and our KYC factor sits among the stronger marks on the scorecard.

A soft ToS-honesty factor and a middling support score do the rest of the work at Caution. Right for frequent players who never go quiet for two months; wrong for anyone who plays in bursts, because these terms charge you for leaving.

Terms honesty 25

25/100, weak (below 50).

Rubric band (methodology)

The Terms honesty factor (0-100) - 90-100: clear language, no hidden caps, redemption rules stated up-front, no class-action waiver, dispute resolution accessible; 70-89: mostly clear, some buried caveats but no traps; 50-69: standard sweeps boilerplate, redemption rules require careful reading; 30-49: misleading marketing vs ToS, hidden caps, complex playthrough lock-ins; 0-29: explicit player-hostile clauses such as refunds excluded, redemptions invalidatable at will, or indefinite KYC freezes.

Evidence type: Operator terms. Researched and written by Noah Rafkin on July 31, 2026.

The official terms make Gold Coin purchases nonrefundable, permit all balances and pending redemptions to be voided after a chargeback, and deduct 10 redeemable SC monthly after 60 days of inactivity. The rules also incorporate mandatory individual arbitration.

  • Some source dates are not recorded.
Playthrough 95

95/100, strong (70–100).

Rubric band (methodology)

The Playthrough factor (0-100) - 90-100: no playthrough or <=1x on Sweeps Coins purchased entries; 70-89: 1-3x wagering requirement on SC; 50-69: 3-5x on SC; 30-49: 5-10x on SC or confusing GC/SC mixing; 0-29: >=10x on SC, lifetime wagering caps, or unrecoverable bonus locks.

The rules distinguish Unplayed from Redeemable Sweeps Coins and make only game-play prizes redeemable, establishing an effective 1x requirement. The fixed rubric places a documented 1x requirement in the 90-100 band.

Trustpilot shows a 4-star rating from 4729 reviews, indicating generally positive sentiment. However, the only specific user comment mentions a withdrawal from Goldenhearts alongside other sites, but does not detail any complaint. The evidence is insufficient to assess complaint rate or patterns.

  • Some source dates are not recorded.
Support 60

60/100, mixed (50–69).

A mature official channel and substantial current review base exceed an unresearched default, while very low public complaint acknowledgement keeps the score in the mixed band.

    Daily Bonus 7-day streak: Day 1 10,000 coins +0.20 up to Day 7 50,000 +1.00

What's the daily bonus really worth?

A daily bonus is free play, but its real worth depends on how hard it is to clear and whether GoldenHearts actually pays out.

Observed daily reward 0.4 SC/day Measured Averaged in person over 7 logged observations (2026-06-14 → 2026-06-20). ~$139/year projected, at 1× playthrough, before payout risk

7 days 2.8 ~$2.66
30 days 12 ~$11.40
365 days (annualized) 146 ~$139

Annualized figures are a projection, not a promise. They assume you claim the bonus every day and GoldenHearts's bonus structure holds steady. Daily bonuses change often; values shown as of 2026-06-20.

How this is calculated

We start from 0.4 SC per day (the average across the logged days), multiply by the number of days, divide by the playthrough (1× unless we've actually measured otherwise), then take a small RTP haircut, and nothing else. That's the value GoldenHearts offers:

  • playthrough 1× playthrough (the sweeps norm), then a 5% RTP haircut
  • ToS signal GoldenHearts's ToS playthrough language rates 95clean 1× playthrough. Almost every sweeps site is 1× in practice, so this is a TRUST read; it doesn't move the cash figure.

Why isn't redemption in the formula? Because how reliably GoldenHearts actually pays out is a separate question from how much it puts on the table. Discounting the dollar figure by redemption made a slow-paying operator look like it offered a smaller bonus, which is backwards. So payout reliability is shown above as the risk-to-collect badge, never baked into the number. GoldenHearts's redemption factor is 63mixed payout signals.

We assume 1 SC ≈ $1 at redemption and that you claim the bonus every day. Averaged in person over 7 logged observations (2026-06-14 → 2026-06-20). The annual figure assumes the bonus structure stays stable. Full formula on the methodology page.
