The verdict

Golden Hearts has a documented Jumio verification prompt but no separate approval record or confirmed delivered redemption here. Its rules distinguish Unplayed and Redeemable Sweeps Coins, and the inactivity provision treats them differently: cancellation for the former and a recurring charge for the latter. The activity specified is signing in, so the policy is no reason to increase play. Prizeout and ACH have separate published conditions, including returned-payment treatment for ACH. These remain operator policies rather than tested payout outcomes. Read the detailed notes before treating a free claim or identity-check prompt as money available to withdraw.

Playthrough 95

95/100, strong (70–100).

Golden Hearts: three balances and two different inactivity consequences

Golden Hearts’ first-hand evidence describes an identity-verification-required screen directing the account to Jumio. Although the displayed evidence label says KYC approved, that description alone does not establish completion. We have no separate approval record here to resolve the mismatch, and no confirmed delivered redemption. The prompt shows an account-verification step, without establishing the outcome of a prize request or receiving-bank check.

The June daily grid contains a full week of observations with changing amounts. That is evidence of variation during that particular week, rather than a fixed daily entitlement. We have not matched each increase to an account level or published streak schedule.

The dormant-account rule treats balances differently

The Terms and Conditions, dated March 5, 2026 and read again September 7, distinguish Gold Coins, Unplayed Sweeps Coins, and Redeemable Sweeps Coins. Their inactivity provision should not be shortened to a statement that all coins simply expire together.

After sixty days without signing in, the terms cancel Gold Coins and Unplayed Sweeps Coins. Redeemable Sweeps Coins instead incur a monthly dormant-account charge of ten coins, with the final charge taking the remaining balance when it falls below that amount. The warning email is discretionary. We have not tested that charge or observed it being applied to this account.

The stated activity is signing in. The older verdict’s suggestion that the site suited frequent players overstated what this clause requires and gave a poor reason to keep playing. Purchasing coins or increasing play is not necessary under the wording of that particular inactivity provision.

Gift cards and bank transfers have different thresholds

Section 12 of the July 31 Official Sweepstakes Rules, checked September 8, requires 50 Redeemable SC for Prizeout gift cards or 100 for ACH. Unplayed SC do not count toward those thresholds. A mixed balance spends Unplayed coins first.

For example, 75 Redeemable SC clears the gift-card minimum but falls short of the ACH minimum. It still does not establish approval. The method also determines the final product: a gift card and a bank transfer are different outcomes even when their face values match.

Published estimates are one to two business days for Prizeout and two to three for ACH. Normal processing runs weekdays, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern; weekend work is not guaranteed. A returned ACH incurs a $15 fee before the coins are restored. The rules also allow part of a prize to return to a purchase card with advance email notice.

Our record contains no delivered prize to test those estimates. Purchase-card logos do not establish tested payout methods, and a restored platform balance does not establish that a bank received money.

Postal requests involve two different codes

The rules distinguish the Postal Request Code used for the mailed entry from the emailed Redemption Code following a successful request. Each has separate limits and expiry conditions.

For record-keeping, that gives three distinct events: generating the entry code, sending the card, and receiving and using the later code. A copy of the outgoing card establishes only the middle step. Keep any acknowledgement with the corresponding entry instead of treating the mailing itself as a credited reward. We have not tested a completed postal request here.
