Per the published terms at goldenheartsgames.com: 60 days of inactivity cancels your Gold Coins and unplayed Sweeps Coins (Section 9), followed by a “monthly dormant account fee of 10.00 Redeemable Sweeps Coins”; the company may terminate access at any time without prior notice (Section 12); and disputes go to individual binding arbitration (Section 24). Minimum redemption is $100. On the plus side, payment rails are conventional (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Skrill, or a bank account, Section 6) and our KYC factor sits among the stronger marks on the scorecard.
