The terms are standard sweeps boilerplate: no purchase necessary is stated up front and 1 Sweepstakes Coin equals one dollar, but a class-action waiver and mandatory individual arbitration sit in Section 23, redemption carries a 100 USD minimum with discretionary daily caps and a Florida single-play cap, and the operator reserves broad discretion to adjust thresholds and forfeit coins. Jackpot Daily: its referral ladder has a purchase condition in the email footer
Jackpot Daily’s September 5, 2026 referral email advertised milestones from 58 SC for five invites to 18,888 SC for 500. The footer supplied a more consequential condition: the invited player must make cumulative purchases of at least $30 before the referral reward qualifies.
An invitation is not yet an eligible referral
The same email said qualifying rewards are credited within four hours and limited to one referral reward per invited friend. It also promoted a separate 40-SC per-friend reward and a purchase rebate. The message did not fully explain how those features combine with every milestone, so we have not added them into an assumed total return.
We did not send invitations or measure a referral credit.
Daily surprise rewards are not a fixed allocation
A September 7 email described a daily surprise that might be a wheel spin, a gold reward, or an SC voucher, advertising amounts up to 488 SC. A separate advanced reward, advertised up to 777 SC, required tasks and was described as available to lucky players.
Those maximums are not a guaranteed daily SC deposit. The email did not supply the probability of receiving each reward, define all qualifying tasks, or establish that every voucher could be redeemed immediately.
The current rules add a short document deadline
The August 4 sweepstakes rules, read September 8, require at least 100 eligible SC for redemption and permit playthrough requirements up to 20 times. A balance generated by a promotion still has to satisfy those conditions and verification.
For requests of $600 or more, the rules reserve requesting a W-9 or other applicable reporting form and require its return within 72 hours of receipt to process the request. This is the operator’s stated workflow, not a claim that federal law imposes that exact deadline.
