Jackpot Go’s September 6 and 7, 2026 emails give this review a more recent account event than the historical PayPal delivery shown in the table. The first acknowledges a redemption request; the second says it has been sent out and predicts later arrival. These messages are evidence of the operator’s notifications, not a receiving-account statement.

Both messages label the method Bank Transfer. Both also tell the recipient to claim the redemption in Cash App after its status becomes successful. The instruction and the method label appear together in the actual correspondence we received. We cannot establish from that wording alone which payment rail ultimately delivered the funds or whether a separate claim was required for this account.

Reconcile the payment labels before calling it delivered

The missing step for the September request is a matching receipt at the receiving service. Neither the “sent” label nor the separate $0.64 fee establishes the net amount received. The historical PayPal result does not fill that gap.

A successful status can still describe money in transit

The September 7 email says the banks are processing the transaction and gives a further expected posting window. That is why we have not turned the email’s arrival time into a new confirmed payment or a request-to-receipt speed claim.

If a reader receives the same combination of labels, the useful next check is the transaction detail inside the account and the receiving service’s own record. The wording is worth raising with support through the site’s published channel. A request email, a dispatch email, and an actual receipt answer different questions; retaining all three makes a missing-payment inquiry more precise.

The fee is separately itemized

The September correspondence lists a redemption amount and a separate fee of $0.64. It does not give us independent confirmation of the net sum that arrived. We therefore do not silently subtract that fee from the older PayPal payout or apply it to every Jackpot Go redemption.

The Sweepstakes Rules, dated July 6, 2026 and checked September 8, reserve handling or payment-processing fees. They also publish a 100 SC redemption minimum. The small amount in our newer correspondence does not fit a straightforward reading of that minimum. It could reflect transaction-specific handling, but the messages do not explain it. We cannot responsibly advertise a lower general minimum based on this event.

Several names appear in the documents

The September email identifies Hiwingo Limited. The current prize rules name Relaxing Moonlight Games Inc as sponsor, while still referring to a Hiwingo user account in their collection instructions. The Terms of Service also incorporate the separate prize rules.

Those labels help identify the documents involved in a support inquiry. They do not establish that accounts or balances are interchangeable with another casino using a similar document, or that one site’s payment history proves another site’s reliability.
