NeonRush: two quick acknowledgements did not answer the launch-date question
NeonRush acknowledged our launch-date enquiry within a minute on two occasions. The distinction is what came back: both messages confirmed receipt, while the reviewed thread did not supply the requested exact launch date.
Fast acknowledgments leave the answer time unmeasured

The shorter interval is 19 seconds faster, but that comparison measures the acknowledgment system only. Neither thread establishes how quickly support resolves a bank-ownership question or payment problem. The SC gameplay-inactivity condition is also separate: sending a support email does not establish qualifying gameplay.
What we measured in the support thread
The first enquiry was sent August 24, 2026, at 15:10:29 UTC. Its acknowledgement arrived at 15:11:06, a 37-second interval. A September 1 follow-up at 21:50:10 received another acknowledgement at 21:51:06, or 56 seconds later.
Those intervals measure automated intake in this particular thread. They are not resolution times, a test of live chat, or proof that the business launched on either enquiry date. We reviewed the original messages and have not invented a founding date from account registration or a welcome email.
The absence of a substantive answer in that thread is a limit on this investigation. It does not establish that every NeonRush customer enquiry goes unanswered. Conversely, the quick acknowledgements alone should not be scored or described as a successfully answered support test.
A payout account must be identifiable as yours
The NeonRush play rules, checked September 8, require a bank account belonging to the requesting player. They allow a joint account, but say additional documents may be required to establish ownership. That is useful detail for someone whose normal bank statement contains more than one account holder.
The rules also allow handling or processing fees up to estimated processing costs. A redemption headline therefore does not, by itself, establish the net amount that arrives. Our reviewed record has no delivered prize or joint-account request testing either condition.
An isolated claim is not a daily rate
The August 16–22 display contains a positive Monday claim and no filled entries for the other days. That is one observation. It cannot establish a streak reward, the size of a weekend bonus, or seven consecutive successful claims.
The rules separately state that SC expire after 60 days without SC gameplay. That clock concerns use of the coins, rather than the act of sending a support message. It should not be inferred from the dates of our correspondence or a site’s general email activity.
The original contribution here is a reproducible account of the enquiry and its two acknowledgements, alongside one dated claim. A substantive support reply or an eligible request followed through to delivery would materially extend the evidence. Neither result is present in the reviewed record.
