Terms honesty 55

55/100, mixed (50–69).

Scored 55 from the first-party NewLuck Terms of Service (Version 1.3, effective 23 January 2026, read 2026-07-07). The terms clearly disclose no-purchase-necessary sweepstakes play, the binding arbitration and class action waiver, the Prohibited Territories list, and that RTP is theoretical, but they reserve broad sole-discretion power to modify or eliminate virtual coins with no liability, which is standard sweeps boilerplate that requires careful reading. Concrete redemption thresholds and processing times are disclosed in the incorporated Sweepstakes Rules.

Playthrough 89

89/100, strong (70–100).

Scored 89 from the first-party Sweepstakes Rules (read 2026-07-07): each Sweepstakes Coin must be played through at least once (1x) before it becomes eligible for redemption, a player-friendly base requirement. The operator reserves discretion to apply higher multipliers to promotional and AMOE coins, but the disclosed base playthrough is 1x.

NewLuck: SC expiry and account terms contain different conditions

NewLuck’s sweepstakes rules say SC do not expire from inactivity, while allowing account-related forfeiture. Its separate terms contain broader expiry language, so the no-expiry statement cannot safely stand alone.

We checked the rules, version 1.3 updated March 26, on September 8, 2026. The distinction appears in sections 2.7–2.8.

Section 6.12 of the terms of service says virtual coins expire after 60 days without virtual-coin gameplay, and section 4.9 allows dormant-account closure. Section 1.4 says the terms control conflicts. We have not obtained a clarification reconciling those clauses with the SC-specific wording, so we do not promise indefinite balance retention.

What our claim record can establish

The August 2–8 display contains a recorded SC claim on Monday, with the rest of that week’s cells unfilled. The page reports two weeks logged overall. This is evidence that our account collected a reward, but the partial week cannot establish a dependable daily amount or a streak benefit.

Leaving those gaps visible matters. Repeating the one positive observation across seven days would create a weekly result we did not measure. Treating every gap as zero would make an equally unsupported claim about days for which the display contains no amount.

Postal entry is a separate process

The rules specify one SC per compliant postal request, with code generation limited to once every two hours and 12 per day. Submissions must be handwritten in blue ink. The stated crediting window is 7–14 business days after receipt and verification, excluding mail transit.

We have not documented a submitted card or credited result. The complete instructions remain necessary for anyone considering this method.

A balance still needs a verified route to a prize

The terms also carry an Oklahoma notice announcing discontinued access no later than October 31, 2026, unless updated, and asking affected users to submit eligible requests before that date. This is the operator’s announced restriction, not our conclusion about state law. It illustrates why an expiry clause cannot guarantee continued regional access.

Our original observation concerns collection, not redemption. It does not show identity-check completion, a qualifying redemption balance, an approved request, or delivery.

The observed claim is a small piece of account history. A later test would need to reconcile a request with its eventual outcome before we could report a payment result.

We've logged 2 days of NewLuck's daily bonus so far, not enough to project an annual value yet. Daily bonuses often escalate over a streak, so we average at least three days before estimating its coin average. Check back as we log more.

Mail-in AMOE disclosed in the first-party Sweepstakes Rules (read 2026-07-07): a handwritten request card in blue ink carrying an 11-digit Request Code yields one (1) SC per compliant request, capped at twelve (12) per day with a new code available every two hours. Mail is sent to Everluck Nova Gaming Inc., 4023 Kennett Pike #50172, Wilmington, DE 19807. Coins obtained via AMOE carry a higher playthrough multiplier than the 1x base.
