Spinszy: matching welcome offers do not establish shared accounts
Our August 4, 2026 Spinszy welcome email offered 60,000 Gold Coins, 40 promotional SC, and an Infinity Wheel spin for $20. We received the same advertised amounts and wheel component from Spinsly on July 24. These are two separately received operator emails, not a comparison assembled from affiliate offer tables.
Matching promotion copy does not transfer account rights
The Spinszy message does not say an existing Spinsly player can transfer a balance, reuse an account, or claim both offers under identical eligibility conditions. We did not purchase either package for this comparison. Nor does the email disclose the wheel’s odds or establish a guaranteed wheel reward.
A complaint needs a dated, account-specific record
Section 7 of the Spinszy terms, checked September 8, asks for complaints within three months of the issue. It specifies the COMPLAINT subject label, the registered account’s identifying details, relevant dates, a detailed explanation, and the remedy sought.
The stated 72-hour response is an endeavor, not a guaranteed resolution deadline. Someone disputing a missing bundle component would need to identify the Spinszy transaction and that offer’s terms; a similar Spinsly promotion does not establish what was awarded on the other account. We have no completed Spinszy complaint or prize-payment record measuring how that process performs.
