WiseSpin: the general expiry clock differs from the mail-in reward provision
The WiseSpin terms, inspected September 8, 2026, say unused SC and associated winnings expire 60 calendar days after the most recent SC credit. They expressly say gameplay does not extend the period: only the addition of new SC resets it.
The AMOE section describes a different clock and exception
The sweepstakes rules describe unused reward SC under the alternate-entry provision as expiring after 60 consecutive days without a login. They then say winnings from that reward move into the regular SC balance and are not subject to that 60-day inactivity expiry.
We have not received a clarification reconciling the general last-credit rule with the reward-specific login exception.
The free-entry form is followed by a postal step
That same AMOE section permits one request per day for 1 SC. Completing the online form is only part of the process: it then requires printing the barcode and mailing it on a postcard. The stated 5–10-day credit window follows validation; submitting the form alone is not a completed mail-in entry.
In our separate operating-history research, WiseSpin replied on September 1, about 40 minutes after our follow-up, saying the inquiry had been forwarded to the relevant department. It did not provide a launch date. That was a research response, not a resolution of the expiry discrepancy or a test of player redemptions.
