CapySpin: the coin source and VIP tier can change the redemption conditions
CapySpin’s September 2, 2026 email advertised a 30-day Vault Boost promotion with nine top-up milestones. Its rewards mixed Capy Coins, Orange Coins, pass days, Lucky Spins, and VIP days. Those are different benefits, and the message did not establish that our account had reached any milestone.
A promotional ladder is not a daily award schedule
The email showed selected milestones and directed the reader into the product for the full progression. It did not provide a complete nine-row schedule or a transaction history. We have therefore not reconstructed the omitted tiers, added every displayed reward into a daily-bonus figure, or treated the email’s timer graphic as a measured account deadline.
An August 22 pass email separately advertised larger daily coin allocations, improved wheel rewards, and faster withdrawal privileges. These were sales claims for the pass, not results from a pass purchase or timed redemption in our record.
The same coin label can carry different play requirements
The June 14 terms, checked September 8, generally assign one use to purchase-price-equivalent Capy Coins, two to discounted or extra purchase-associated coins, and three to free or promotional coins. Daily, signup, email, referral, wheel, and tournament awards appear in that last category.
Displayed platform or offer conditions can override these defaults. Section 2.1.1 also allows purchased passes to split price-equivalent value from extra bonus value. The platform determines application order when balances contain multiple categories.
Higher VIP status does not necessarily lower the minimum
Section 6.10 lists a $30 redemption minimum for Bronze, Silver, and Gold, but $100 for Platinum, Diamond, and Master. These minimums are discretionary and may differ on-platform. Higher tiers have larger stated request and monthly limits.
Our test entry contains no completed withdrawal measuring the pass email’s speed claim.
