High 5 Casino: maintenance emails document a scheduled return
An August 11, 2026 email announced scheduled maintenance for August 12 from 3:00 to 6:00 a.m. Eastern, covering both the site and app. A second email at 10:00 UTC on August 12, equivalent to 6:00 a.m. Eastern that day, said the site, app, and games were running again.
The referral leaderboard is a separate calculation

Applying the ordinary referral conditions to the leaderboard would invent rules the leaderboard message did not supply. Likewise, the paid $29.99 package cannot be counted as a free claim simply because nearby copy says “free” or “join.”
The notice timing is measurable; the outage duration is not
The return message matched the scheduled end of the window. We did not continuously monitor the service, so the emails do not establish the exact start or end of actual unavailability. They also contain no individual prize-processing record.
A referral leaderboard is separate from an ordinary referral reward
Our September 1 email advertised five leaderboard prizes, ranging from 50 SC for fifth place to 1,000 SC for first. It did not provide a complete scoring method or closing time in the body reviewed. Sending invitations alone therefore does not establish either a qualifying referral or a leaderboard award.
Section 7.6 of the June 26 terms separately requires a referred friend to create a new account, verify, and spend at least $10 within 30 days for the ordinary referral bonus. It caps eligible referrals at 20 per calendar month. Those conditions help interpret the invitation language without inventing the competition’s missing rules.
The 55-SC promotion includes a purchase price
The promotions page, checked September 8, prominently advertised 700 GC, 55 SC, and 400 Diamonds for $29.99. Elsewhere on that same page, some welcome descriptions used free or just-for-joining wording without the price, while repeated sections included it.
The displayed package should not be listed as an unconditional no-purchase signup credit. Its four-hour drops were described as Game Coins and Diamonds, also distinct from a recurring SC deposit.
We have not activated that package or tested the referral campaign.
